I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent booking at waldorf astoria rak.
I had booked a one-night stay using my Hilton Honors points and am always booking all my stays with different chains with points. Unfortunately, due to a flight delay, I was unable to check in on the scheduled date.
Despite the no-show, I was charged both my Hilton Honors points (80,000 points) and an additional i received sms from my bank. They charged AED 2,114 to my credit card. This double-charging seems unjustified, especially considering the room rate was originally quoted as approximately AED 1,200-1,400 (excluding taxes) and my booking was with POINTS.
I attempted to resolve this issue with the hotel, but unfortunately, the customer service representatives were unable to provide a satisfactory solution they said u should inform us that u need to cancel ur stay
In same time i infom them that already I will reach hotel around 10pm but with flight delay i didnt make it
Unfortunatly this is first time i had bad experience with me with hilton hotels.

Ayuni and Kian were very good host. They made our visit to Qasr Al Bahar on Eid Al Etihad a very happy occasion. The food was delicious and so we're the rest of the hosts. I and my family look forward to staying with the hotel and visit Qasr Al Bahar.

Fabulous hotel and service. Perfect place for a weekend away from busy Dubai. My only criticism would be the pillow in the bedroom were a little hard for my liking and could be softer (but maybe I’m just being picky!). Steak restaurant was delicious food too I would highly recommend.

Best massage ever with Shaima, amazing 90 minutes relaxing massage. Already booked the second one with her! I enjoyed a lot all the experience in the SPA, starting from the Sauna/Steam room and continuing with this amazing massage with Shaima. 5/5
