We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as part of a 10 day Utah/Arizona road trip. We loved having access to the clubhouse to take a break and play air hockey, ping pong, etc and swim in the indoor/outdoor pool- perfect for kids. The busy uptown area might not be for everyone, but we enjoyed being able to walk to different restaurants for dinner, out to ice cream and to our pink jeep tour. Breakfast was standard hotel buffet- we thought the food was good and appreciated the convenience of a quick breakfast before heading out for the hiking trails. The hiking trails we chose were all about 15 minute driving distance. There is a small laundry room, there were only a couple machines but we had no issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little worn and basic but clean and we loved the red rock view from our balcony. I'm rating 4/5 only because I felt the rates were so high the week we were there, relative to the quality of the room. Read less

It is very nice that they give you access to the pool and fitness club for the resort next door. The pool there is excellent - heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. It was 72 degrees and the pool was really warm. The break fast opens at 7 AM, and has everything you could ever want. A real plus to this property. The rooms were good. Clean and comfortable. They were large enough for all 4 of us to share a 2 queen bed room. I would highly recommend this property. Read less

As Sedona is a known hiking destination, and as people like to get to the trailheads early because parking lots fill up, it's ridiculous that we had to wait outside in the cold every single morning at 7 am until staff unlocked the breakfast room and let us in. Breakfast is advertised as beginning at 7 am; however, there was always a line outside the door of impatient people in hiking gear. The door was never opened before 7:05 am. For more than $500 a night, I expect breakfast to be on time. Read less
