Tge hotel is lovely. They have complimentary coffee/hot chocolate and hot apple cidar in the lobby. Outside pools and hot tub are lovely along with the fire pits and fireplaces. We had dinner and breakfast in the lounge and both were excellent. It was close to the Canyon which was very convenient and the staff were friendly , helpful and accomodating. I would highly recommend this hotel. Read less

I would have given this place 4 stars, but did not because of the bar experience. They have this banal, nanny state policy of asking for age verification from everyone. I am 62. There is no way they could mistake me for under 21, even though I'm in reasonably good shape. Anyway, after the first night, I avoided the bar (BTW, this same policy seems… Read more

There is no way they could mistake me for under 21, even though I'm in reasonably good shape. Anyway, after the first night, I avoided the bar (BTW, this same policy seems ubiquitous throughout Tusayan, as I was also asked for an ID at a convenience store. Perhaps the local citizenry lacks the confidence to use judgment, or they just do what they are told). When I'm dropping almost $1,000 at a hotel for a multiple-night stay, I expect better hospitality. Read less

Location 5 minutes from Grand Canyon park with 3 restaurants in the hotel and local area offered general store and fast food along with the IMAX theater across the street. Always use the shuttles inside the park it was worth the time to learn about the routes in the beginning.

Everything went well. We were amazed but the cleanliness of the lobby and our room. Yeah it didn’t have free breakfast but so what. Go to Wendys down the street if you really want breakfast. People and there reviews always be complaining about hotels not having free breakfast that cause us humans seem to always want things for free. This place did… Read more

People and there reviews always be complaining about hotels not having free breakfast that cause us humans seem to always want things for free. This place did have unlimited free Starbucks coffee though. In the room and upfront lobby which came in handy every morning waking up at 4 to go hunting. Overall the pools and fire pits were relaxing and the bowling alley was fun and also just chilling by the Squire bar then not having to drive and just walk up to our room was convenient. Read less
