No one informed me that there would be a charge of approximately $35 to take a small pet with me , and I was also exceedingly surprised by an extra $30 or so to check in three hours early, even though the room was already prepared at noon. I have never had a hotel charge such an early entry fee.

Located within minutes to the entrance Grand Canyon’s South Rim. This hotel has everything!!! And it’s beautiful. The grounds are pleasant, the lobby and furnishings are lovely. Love the COLD water bottle refill station (also located in Grand Canyon tourist areas). Our family would love to come back and stay here again!

Such a big resort with a lot of things to do very friendly people. Huge game room, fun sports bar and outdoor fire pits that they supply smore fixings for you. Rooms, clean, friendly staff very close to the Grand Canyon. Would stay here again.!

In general the hotel is in very good condition. Everything clean. Pleanty of space to move around. All kinds of facilities, including a games room. The food at breakfast, and dinner are good, but could be better. Although the staff are very freindly, I got the impression some are still trainees.
