The hotel

Bang on trend, this hotel’s industrial-meets-chic styling is completely in keeping with its neighbourhood, the fast-flourishing Seaport district. Its spot in this trendy borough’s pretty enviable too, just across the road from its coolest hangout space, Lawn on D, which hosts food trucks, live events, and free yard games and WiFi. Inside the hotel there's plenty to offer too, a suitably contemporary indoor pool space,  live entertainment at D's Keys Dueling Piano Bar or W XYZ Bar, and 24-hour dining and fitness - ideal whatever time you return from exploring Boston’s most famous attractions. From the Freedom Trail to the shopping around Faneuil Hall, the city’s biggest draws are all within a couple of miles.

The staff was friendly and helpful too. Read less

Nice, clean, comfortable, and great location. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. My room had a leak, I called downstairs and Jody took care of it right away. Jody has a great personality, very outgoing, polite and helpful. Every time I check in she’s always smiling and it a great mood.

Our five day stay at the Aloft was really good. Rooms were nice, comfortable bed and spacious room. It did take quite a while for the water to heat up in the shower, but once it did, it was perfect. Thanks for a great stay in a girls getaway. Lawn on D right across the street by the convention center is a fun, free park for bags, pickleball, bocci, ping pong, drinks, food. Read less

Before booking, I called and spoke to David, who has been a gem since then. After speaking with him, I immediately booked. David stayed late when I called and said we would be later than anticipated. His shift was over at 11pm and he waited for us, since I said I was on my way. Wow! He was so kind and patient. He explains the hotel with so much joy and pride. We saw him after returning for the day and my husband personally thanked him for taking care of us, and answering my million questions. We love the hotel, location and the housekeeping ladies on the 7th floor are very friendly and always looked us as we passed them in the hallway and smiled. It's the little things, ya know. The entire staff is kind. Valet guys are quick and careful and smile and wave, even when helping others. Cant wait to bring my friends back here! Probably the best service and stay Ive had in a long time and we travel often. Thank you for a great stay and the extra care, David. It is very appreciated and will definitely be remembered. Hotel is clean, modern (love the elevator metrics) and hip. I will add it to my favorites! Read less
