Check-in was quick, and hotel staff were incredibly attentive throughout. Rooms are large, clean, and well-designed; putting three people in a two-queen-bed room was still comfortable and spacious. Shower is sizable. Wi-Fi was quick and reliable for work, even with the sold-out hotel full of guests at night. The only significant issue was with parking. Our codes to scan in and out of the private lot never once worked, and the company that manages the lot was less than responsive when we had problems at the gate. In fairness, this was not the hotel's fault, and staff were quick to address the issues with the parking company's support line when necessary. Read less

We stayed at Aloft for only one night. Rooms super clean and nicely furnished. Everything was perfect. Excellent for walking over to the convention center. Excellent location to walk for all sorts of food. Would definitely recommend this place.

Rooms are small 1st room we checked into had empty vodka bottles on floor (not ours) We were moved to new room which was supposedly bigger but same size. Shower was leaking on to the bathroom floor, so we had to clean floor every time we took a shower. I made 1 18 second work phone call. On hotel phone. Was charged 56$ Do not eat anything here… Read more

Was charged 56$ Do not eat anything here unless it’s prepackaged All the food is horrible Don’t expect to be near anything because the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It’s a 30 minute walk to cvs and south station. Impossible to get a cab here or an Uber bc no one was ever in the area. I could have stayed in back bay in a better hotel.(a REAL) hotel for less money. This isn’t a “boutique” hotel. It’s a hold over for people going to the airport. I give this hotel ZERO stars Read less

There was a dunkin, jimmys sandwich shop and a restaurant nearby. The hotel also had food. I think in summer it would be even better as there would be more going on across the road at the big D on the green. It was approx a 15-20 min walk to main seaport area of companies, shops and restaurants and 20 mins to south station. The gym was small but everything i needed (alhough a little busy around 8-10am), pool was small but enjoyable. I would stay here again. Read less

Although I did not have the pleasure to stay at Aloft Boston as I had hoped, they went above and beyond what was necessary. We had booked a non-refundable one night stay as we were touring colleges in the area for our son. I became horribly ill with flu like symptoms, 3 days prior and had hoped I could make the reservation, but my body told me otherwise. They were kind enough to grant me a full refund due to my illness. They had no need to do this, I knew exactly what I was paying for, but in the world of customer service and hospitality, it was so nice to see people going above and beyond, or simply put just doing the right thing, because it was the right thing. So, thanks to Aloft, I look forward to staying with you in the future be it in Boston or other cities! Best Wishes- Nell McCaffery Read less
