The service quality in conference hotels can often vary due to the high volume of guests they handle. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided at this particular hotel, despite its status as a conference venue. Upon arrival, Stella, a member of the check-in staff, greeted us warmly and accommodated all of our requests with a smile. Throughout our stay, Xiao Rong (Sarah H), our assigned housekeeper, consistently delivered outstanding service, promptly addressing every request we had. The amenities offered at the M Club were excellent, although it's worth noting that places like Yard House may be a bit crowded and noisy during peak seasons, which is to be expected given the high volume of visitors. Nonetheless, the hotel's location offers convenient access to various attractions, shops, and both indoor and outdoor activities, all within walking distance. While our suite room was slightly smaller than expected, this is not uncommon for downtown locations in major cities. Read less

I've just completed a 4-night stay at the Marriott Copley and had an excellent stay. From check-in to check-out, the staff were courteous and helpful. The staff recognized my Lifetime Platinum Elite status, leading to an upgraded room. The hotel is located in an ideal location, just steps away from a variety of bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops. It's also connected to the Prudential Center which is an extra bonus. I would like to commend the following staff members in the M Lounge: Robin, Patti, Laura, and Allison. Beautiful remodel of the Hotel. We have stayed several times in the past. Spotlessly clean, perfect location, especially in poor weather as it's connected to 2 Malls. The boys loved the indoor pool.
