Standard large hotel with following caveats: Room doors have no sound damping quality. Noises in hallway, including those that happen repeatedly as guests come in at all hours, sound like they are happening in your room and wake you up. Not all elevators seem to be running making for long waits. Attached restaurant can bill direct to your room. But if restaurant erroneously bills someone else's tab to your room, hotel disclaims all responsibility and makes you work it out with the restaurant. Complaints to management confirm that they think it is your responsibility to fix a mistake between the restaurant and hotel. I expect this at a budget hotel (maybe), not one that charges $300+ a night. Read less

Hotel is located in nice area, with food and shopping within walking distance. Subway station is 2 blocks away. Room was clean and very comfy. I have a nice city view that included a view of the harbour in the distance. Staff was friendly. No bar or restaurant onsite when I was there.

This property is one of the best Marriott properties I have stayed at. The room was excellent and very clean. It appears that the housekeeping staff is very well trained. Special kudos to the pool and fitness center lady. We went to the pool twice during our stay and the staff was constantly cleaning and maintaining the area around the pool. The pool locker room was spotless. Great job! Read less

Blood stains on my pillow cases…..not what you are hoping to find in the middle of a pandemic. Otherwise, it’s your average run of the mill Marriott. Decent location, but if you are looking for a CLEAN hotel I would look else where.

We were in our room before 2 pm and checked out at 2 pm the next day. The process was easy & they offer an online option too. We were in our room before 2 pm and checked out at 2 pm the next day. The process was easy & they offer an online option too. Our corner (clean) room was on 17th floor with view of old church and downtown and had double beds as requested. There is a nice, large pool with plenty of towels and good sized gym on 5th floor which we utilized both days. The hotel is very centrally located to the Prudential shopping area and many other attractions. You go up to the 2nd floor & take a skywalk across, that was welcome on a day is was almost 100F out. There are no restaurants open at the hotel themselves but a wonderful Italian market/eateries inside the Prudential which I HIGHLY recommend. We didn't bother with the hotel's grab and go breakfast either. We were there to do a Boston Harbor cruise (enjoyable/another review) & port was 3 miles away so we took an Uber and then walked back at night. We would stay here again for a Fenway, Theater or other Boston event. Read less
