This is a pretty but business hotel but inside of rooms are new. They charge $9.99 a day for WiFi which is really annoying. Come on Hilton, it is 2020, WiFi should be free. 1 star is for the WiFi. If WiFi was free then 4/5 stars.

This hotel is well-suited for a downtown location and I found the staff to always be cheerful and helpful. Ask about other nearby options available over the $50/nightly parking rate from the hotel. Clean and comfortable.

This was my most memorable (in a good way) stay at a hotel anywhere! I highly recommend coming here. The front desk staff was super awesome (especially Toriya and Ethan), and the chef makes the most delicious meals ever, especially the burgers. Please come here!

It is within a mile or so of basically all of Boston’s highlights: the Boston Common, the Prudential Center, the Financial District, and it is a mile and a half from the Seaport area. You may want to beware of walking back to the hotel at night time because its street tends to attract some characters after dark, so perhaps Uber at night. Otherwise, I felt safe. The building itself was clean and I have no complaints other than be sure to hold down the toilet flusher for at least 3 full seconds. And of course, I love the complimentary cookies fresh out of the oven ;) Read less

We checked in and found the blue sticker on the door saying our room had been cleaned and sanitized. We entered the room to find used toothpicks and wrappers on the floor. A clean towel had blood on it and there was some blood in our skink! I called to complain and got " we're sorry about that, we will send clean towels." A bit later there was a… Read more

A clean towel had blood on it and there was some blood in our skink! I called to complain and got " we're sorry about that, we will send clean towels." A bit later there was a knock on the door and a trash bag full of towels. We were exhausted and went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk to complain and were give a new room and two Starbucks coupons. Over the course of our 5 day stay we could not get housekeeping or clean sheets, even though we called and asked. We were told we already had housekeeping but never got it. The place was not very clean. I would not stay here again. Read less
