Failed to mention that the hotel is directly in front of the hospital. Additionally, the layout causes difficulties with only one elevator that does not function properly. Staff recommendations are limited to the Chinatown area

Stayed for 3 nights in December 2019. The room was great - two double beds - and quite spacious, but the bathroom was very dated - salmon pink? The main public area is on the 1st floor where the reception sits alongside the bar and restaurant - that caters for breakfast and dinner (we had b'fast included which was fine). Staff were all really nice and If you're on a budget, then you can't go wrong. Read less

We were greeted by Touriya upon arrival who gave us amazing recommendations about the area, gave us a complimentary upgrade, and truly treated us special. She was such a highlight during our trip. I’ve been a loyal Hilton member for years, and her service is one of the many reasons why we’re so proud to be Hilton members. Awesome hotel with even better breakfast, and better customer service. 10+ stars. Read less

-The reception staff was pathetic -The Internet is not free unless you are a member of Hilton. Even you purchased the internet or you a member, please expect a good internet for only a few minutes per night.
