The hotel

Dating back to 1912, the Fairmont Copley Plaza is a historic landmark in itself. Step through the grand front doors and prepared to be wowed by the beautifully elegant lobby. Step back out the doors, and you’ll find yourself in Back Bay — one of Boston’s best areas for boutique shopping, eating and drinking. After a day of exploring, you’ll find a welcome retreat here, with a rooftop health club with views over the city, and spacious, comfy rooms to get some well-earned rest before heading back out again to explore in the morning.

Signature Rooms are 390 sq ft and have views of Copley Square Park, with 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Studios are 415 sq ft and have a large sitting area, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. 

Fairmont Gold Rooms include Club Lounge access with complimentary WiFi, breakfast, evening appetisers and newspapers, with 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Fairmont Gold Signature Rooms are slightly larger and have Copley Square Park views, with Club Lounge access, 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults. 

Fairmont Gold Studios are larger again with an ample living area and Club Lounge access, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. 

One Bedroom Suites are 800-1020 sq ft and have a separate living room, overlooking Copley Square Park, with 1 king-size bed and 1 double sofa bed in the living room, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Fairmont Gold One Bedroom Suites are as above, but include Club Lounge access, with 1 king-size bed and 1 double sofa bed in the living room, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Coming in Boston for see our daughter first experience with Harvard University, we were receive by the employees of the Fairmont Copley Plaza Boston on a great way, with a lot of dedication and support. The hotel is marvellous with a beautiful ambiance and atmosphere.

The lobby and common areas are sensational. Truly grand and of historic relevance. Rooms and hallways at the hotel room floors look a little tired and would benefit from an upgrade. Service professional and friendly. Breakfast room among the most beautiful one can find in the US.

I had a minor issue with my faucet. Dan was there to fix it promptly and was very kind and professional. He took a negative and changed it to a positive experience. I won’t hesitate to return to the Fairmont Copley the next time I travel to Boston

Stayed on the gold floor. Kevin was amazing. We were traveling with our daughter. Kevin every time saw us would recognize her by her name and see if she needed anything. Cori the dog ambassador for the Hotel was a big hit. He has his own Instagram account the friendliest dog you’ve ever met. Will definitely be back next time in Boston.
