When you walk in you'll be greeted with the hotel's signature cocktail on the house in Bar Moxy, and if your room isn't ready yet, why not order some small plates and jump on the foosball table for a bit of competitive fun. Great and Amazing Stay. Jay and Carlos had my family feel very welcome. The first floor was very hip and had some many places to take great pictures. The second floor has a cozy Bar area where many people gather and interact. Not like other hotels where you don’t see a soul. Overall great experience !! Thanks Moxy

(My room is provided for me and I have no choice in where I stay on business) I checked in 4 hours ago. I knew from the hotel website this 'room' would be a bit sketchy and for the only time ever I didn't look at reviews on TA before coming to Boston so I was wildly unprepared for what met me when I walked through the door. The 'hotel' has a ghetto industrial vibe. The music in the lobby and elevators is very loud. Everything is concrete. I got to my room and knew it was going to be a long and uncomfortable 10 nights in this cell. It truly is like a hostel - a hostel in East Berlin before the wall came down. I expect any minute for someone to knock on my door and say "hi, I'm your roommate". The walls and ceiling are slabs of cement. There is no closet, only pegs on the wall. There are 3 hangers for my 9 days of business attire. There is no dresser; there are no drawers; there is no desk to work at; there is no table except one 2' wide one you have to slide the legs out to make it stand and it wobbles. There is one wildly uncomfortable chair I am using as storage for my clothes and one fold-up chair - the kind WWE wrestlers throw at each other. I don't know what that chair is for because there is no room on the floor to set it up. I use it, hanging from - you guessed it - pegs on the wall to hang my slacks on. I am using the 4" wide sills on the window to store my socks and unmentionables, the 2 $7 bottles of water and the clothes steamer (which must be for your clothes that get wrinkled hanging from a peg); that must be lovely from the outside. The bed is barely a double (my company specified a king). There is no coffee maker, no way to make hot water, no ice bucket and I had to request a postage stamp-sized refrigerator, but I can use the top of it for a tiny shelf. Surprisingly, the bathroom is larger than some I've had in other hotels; it's probably close to half the size of the bed area. There is 1 shelf and the small counter. The sink is very small with a faucet that curves high above it so it's nearly impossible to wash your face. I was pathetically grateful that there was wi-fi in my cell and that I didn't have to go down to the loud and disturbingly dark lobby to work. Usually a hotel on a business trip is a perk; this one is a pain. Read less

They got us in early and the lady who helped check us in was fantastic. The room was clean, set up and was good to go. The gym space is incredible and it was nice to have treadmills as an option for the first day when the wind was bad and it was raining.
