They still charged me for cancelling 4 days early and said the fact that my cousin passed was not a reason to not charge me. Who wants to go anywhere after something like that happens? No empathy at all. They said the only reasons to cancel are travel issues.

Wow what a great stay at the historic Omni Parker hotel. Great service by the front desk staff. The lobby is gorgeous and rooms, though small which is expected for a historic downtown hotel, are really nice and comfortable. The location is awesome, right next to train station and walking distance from major attractions.

Room was ok but Omni Parker House hotel is charging extra when you take room and breakfast package. They charged an extra money of $2.96 on top of what was agreed for room and breakfast. Tryng to find out the reason for the extra charge is impossible, nobody can explain. I find very frustrating having to pay an extra $2.96 when you already paid $600 for a two-nights stay for a very basic room. It is a question of principle because I agree that this is a low amount. I would recommend that if you are in this area, that you choose another hotel. Read less

We absolutely LOVED our experience at the Omni Parker House Hotel. You can't beat the location: right on the Freedom Trail, next to dining and shopping and easy access to public transportation. The history of this grand place is reason enough to stay here and the staff and service can't be beat!
