Join in the history and stay the night. Borrow the History by enjoying the Bar. We took the borrow the history option. A quaint historic bar with classic drinks to boot. History tells the tale that the Boston Crème Pie was developed here. Definitely worth a visit.

Lousy. Stay away. I checked in, staff at front desk are a bit disheveled .... first room smelled like smoke, hallways beaten up, second room also tired and stale. There are so many other options in Boston,... and for $500/night, this is absurd

We had complimentry tiny Boston cream pies and water while sitting in the lobby taking a break. The hotel itself is a little tired and for the amount you pay for the room you are not getting anything comparable tin value. It is nice but not special for the rate. Our party of 5 stayed in a decent size room but the sofabed one of us had to use was not really comfortable. I would stay again but only if the rate was more reasonable to reflect the value paid. The breakfast buffet was very expensive and again the food was just okay for the price. Read less

Spent a weekend in Boston and stayed at the Parker House. Wonderful historic hotel. Prices were good and it was central to everything. It's getting ready for an update but is no where near rundown. It's just ready for a sprucing up. Service was great and don't miss the Boston Cream Pie!
