The Premier King room was spacious, very refined and had all the amenities needed. The housekeeping team is on top of their game with a full turn down service so the room is fresh and clean when it's time to sleep. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and most of all, the Butler service is perfect, very efficient to book restaurants etc and to follow up on any issue, with an update on the weather every morning . The "Long bar" restaurant is very nice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a beautiful terrace overlooking the city. We had a few drinks in the afternoon and in the evening, very pleasant. We had dinner one evening at "Amar" the Portuguese fusion restaurant, to be honest, it was good but not worth the hype and the price. The indoor pool is amazing and the gym is spacious, clean and very efficient. I am sad I didn't have time to have a treatment at the Spa, that will be for next time surely. But it also looked very elegant and Zen. Finally, the location is superb, walking distance to the main shopping streets and malls, good restaurants and cafes . We will definitely return. Read less

I will never repeat the spa. I'm a XXL and was told "sorry we don't have robes of that size" This was humiliating. I muddled through and couldn't relax as my rob would not stay closed. I will never repeat the spa. I'm a XXL and was told "sorry we don't have robes of that size" This was humiliating. I muddled through and couldn't relax as my rob would not stay closed. At this price point the service was pretty rough. Our butler was fantastic and helpful. Check in was pretty bumpy - we arrived a little early and understand that our room wasn't ready yet. No one acknowledged that we had requested early check in. At one point a manager interjected and said he would go figure out an estimated time for our room to be ready (90 minutes after being told it was "close.)" The manager never came back. Dining and bar were excellent. In general management needs to train staff better and empower them to fix problems... it was clear I wasn't the first guest to need a bigger rob and there was vague - we haven't been able to get any larger robes. Everything was perfect! The location, the rooms, the decor, the amenities, the food, and most importantly, the services. The staff on every level was the most amazing and so very accommodating. We were so pampered and well taken care of. I will always return to The Raffles every time I am visiting Boston :)

First of all we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the rooms were excellent the food very good, breakfast on the terrace was wonderful , but..... The service level was not to the highest standard at leas tone you could expect in a Raffles hotel Since we arrived by train from New York City, the Raffles offers us to come and get us at the train station, we had a lot of luggage ( family of 5 on a 4 week trip), we didn't see anyone from the hotel on arrival. We had booked a sailing tour on the harbour and asked the Raffles if they could provide us with a cheese and charcuterie plate, they made us an offer of 88$, which we accepted upon departure they charted us with 235$ and nobody could explain where that amount was coming from. After some discussions at the concierge and the proof of offer from their side on mail, they finally agreed to charge us the 88$. It' a pity that our excellent stay had to suffer from internal communication errors within the hotel. Read less
