Wow!!! We've never stayed at a W Hotel before. We were totally blown away by this place! The hotel was gorgeous...the rooms were chic, modern and uber-clean. The service was excellent, as well. The vibe was totally cool, too. Even though we were older than many of the folks who hung out in the hotel bar, we enjoyed the whole experience. Great… Read more

The rooms are wel furnished and offers a lot of luxury; their mini bar and snack is just unbelievable! The bathroom is big and the sleeping room is awesome too. The gym is also fulfilling all the sporty people's wishes. The view is also pretty impressive; especially at the 14th floor. My stay at the hotel was just perfect. Will definitely go back during my next stay in Boston! Read less

Recently stayed at the W Boston. It began with a warm welcome from the staff, Christian was especially helpful getting me situated and sent a lovely welcome gift to the room. The rooms are modern and clean, with very comfortable beds. Staff goes above and beyond for their guests.

From the attentive and personable front desk staff, Earl, is happy to help both locals and travelers from out of town feel at home to the proactive emails from, Natalie, the Director or Guest Experience, asking if there is anything we anticipate we may need for our upcoming stay the W never disappoints. The rooms are spacious, updated and beautiful. The lounge area is fun with a live DJ who sets a relaxing vibe. No small detail is overlooked- the staff even change the mats in the elevator three times a day to greet you- Good Morning, Good Afternoon and Good Evening. Read less
