Cool modern sleek sexy hotel in downtown gritty dirty Beantown. Place was a zoo at night, both inside and out, not the staff's fault and they try to keep it together. Not very kid-friendly area in the evening. Good for drunkards. Nightclub is way cool. VERY noisy - from club thump thump thump downstairs and the street with screaming drunks. Again,… Read more

Booked a corner cool room for a night at the W hotel in my city and I must say out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at this location happens to be my favorite one. The guest service agents were extremely attentive with me from the minute I checked in to the minute I checked out. The room was everything I expected it to be as I was celebrating a special someone’s birthday. I would like to send a huge thank you to concierge agent Loren Borges who went out of her way to accommodate me and my request of getting a piece of cake up to my room. She took it upon herself to go out into the city to find me the best red velvet cake! I will be staying at this location very soon. Thanks a million! Read less

It is centrally located (the Common, Back Bay, Boston Public Library, Copley Square, etc.); modern and trendy but without ostentation; quiet and comfortable in the rooms, especially on the upper floors; and with great service from the doorman to the front desk to the in-person and online concierges. Plus, it's got an awesome, large workout room with tons of aerobic choices (stair master, elliptical, treadmills), free weights, machines, stretch/yoga area w/ related accoutrements. If you are looking for a place to explore Boston, do business in the city, or just enjoy the range of day and night life in the area, you will be hard pressed to find a better choice than the W Hotel. Thank you for a great stay! I'll be back! Read less

This was our second time there, We had stayed at the W Boston inDecember as we love to go in to Boston, have dinner and see a show. The hotel is incredibly convenient with the theaters across the street or a five minute walk away. Congratulations to everyone at the W Boston for the fantastic customer service you provide from the bellmen to the front desk to the waitstaff! I worked at the corporate office of an upscale hotel company for 10 years (HR), so I know how important it is. When we walked by the front desk on our way to a delicious breakfast, I received a gorgeous long-stemmed pink rose for International Women's Day. The W exemplifies customer service! We will back again and again. Much thanks! Read less
