My husband and I stayed here for my birthday. The front desk employees were by far the best I have experienced. They made my day. We stayed in the WOW suite and it was WOW for sure! Lovely hotel with wonderful people

Stayed one night while visiting colleges in the area. The room was nice and clean. Large bathroom was well lighted, but the room seemed dark. There was lots of task lighting to turn on around the room to light up different areas, but overall felt dark. Seemed convenient to public transportation and was a short walk to Newberry street (shopping). The front desk staff allowed me to check in early because a room was available which was nice. This is a very nice hotel and I felt it was a good price for the quality, but there are hundreds of choices in Boston and I think I will try others before I return to this one. Read less

Wonderful stay at W Boston. Only disappointment was no offer of a soft drink or a coffee at the bar while we waited for our room to be ready after a long flight. On the plus side, Rich and especially Earl made our stay very special.

It is good hotel. Clean room, super comfortable bed and good deco. However, it somehow falls short compared with other W hotels. So, do manage expectations. Location is great and is within walking distance from Chinatown and Boston Common.
