We totally enjoyed our weekend in Boston - and the W was a huge part of the fun. The decor was really fun and the bed was fantastically comfortable. Room service was delicious especially the tea!! Great location, too.

Location is decent, about 2 blocks from Boston common and less than 1 block from multiple theaters. Great curbside service from the folks working the front door. Bathrooms, towels and toiletries were great as I'd expect at a W. Restaurant was solid. We got a free breakfast for being titanium and we were able to pick anything from the menu and it was covered for $25/person. Read less

Very average. Hotel was fine, though at the weekend the reception area was extremely noisy. Rooms are dated. Room service was average, our towels were not replenished, water not replaced etc. It was fine but I would be unlikely to stay again as I figure there are better places for the price

Loved it. Not only the room, the hotel, the location but also the experience. Amanda is actually why we stayed there. I was planning to stay at another hotel but called on the phone. I was lucky enough to get her. She was so helpful explaining everything to me and taking care of my needs that I canceled the other reservation.

Big thank you to Remy Tucker, W Hotel Boston Concierge Extraordinaire! I called her to see if she could print an important document for my boss who was a W hotel guest. She told me to email her the doc; she printed immediately, and had it delivered to his room right away. She emailed me back shortly thereafter to confirm. I can't thank Remy… Read more
