The Westin Copley Place is a regular stop when my fam goes to Beantown. Centrally located. If desired, you can pay an extra fee to have stunning views of the Charles River across to Cambridge and MIT. Harvard is not visible because it is around the river bend to the west. Service is good, but the staff is just coming back to full strength. A… Read more

We didn't utilize any of the hotel amenities, but it worked as a good jumping off point for all of our city touring. Nice location within easy walking distance of Boston Common, and >5 min walk to Green/Orange T-lines. Only issue we had was the room above us was very loud. Haven't been in a hotel in some time where you could hear the sounds so clearly from the room above, and not really expected given the typical cost/quality of a Westin hotel. We finally had to call the desk one night after about 11pm, and things quickly quieted down, but had the same problem the next night. Not really the hotel's fault that someone was loud, but the hotel doesn't seem to have been designed well if the sound transfers that easily. Read less

A fairly standard Westin property in a good location in Boston’s Back Bay. Good access to Newbury Street as well as a short walk to the Commons. I remember the “Heavenly beds” feeling a lot more heavenly in the past, but it wasn’t too bad. The view from the 31st floor was nice, too.

This was our 4 hotel on a college tour with my son. From check in to check out the service was EPIC. The staff, over the top, from the front desk to management. Helpful offer suggestions. The gym is great. Felt safe and like they are on top of COVID. We will be back again.

Hotel is situated in a good location, easy to walk around. Clean and decent size room. Only minus is the fact that being gold member did not get any upgrade to a better room, but that seems to be repetitive as they always say they are full.
