If you’re in business, you probably have lunch at over 100 hotel banquet rooms during the course of your work life. Most of the time, the experience is “ok” but just not very memorable. Today, that changed. Debbie took the time to greet us, to have a conversation (not too long, but just enough to make us feel welcomed and important - just the… Read more

Today, that changed. Debbie took the time to greet us, to have a conversation (not too long, but just enough to make us feel welcomed and important - just the right amount) and to make this lunch a memorable experience. Thank you for being an “A Player” Debbie!! You ROCK! Read less

Always stay in Back Bay when I am in Boston and the Westin is perfectly located. Great view of the Charles River from our room. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. You can walk anywhere from this location.

I stayed for 3 nights while visiting Boston for the first time. We were upgraded to a Riverview room which had recently been refurbished and it was superb. Back Bay is a great location if you’re keen on being close to shopping and restaurants. Walking to the downtown area took around 15 minutes and was a pleasant walk through the Boston Common. Be aware that parking at the hotel is super expensive (US$60 for valet) but I don’t think this could be avoided in Boston. Drinks in the hotel bar and room service are also very expensive so get out and about and explore the area. Read less

So, overall I did like spending 4 nights in this hotel. The hotel is attached to the mall so it was fun to be able to grab drinks at the mall, shop and walk back to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and some of the ones on top floor have a decent street view. There is a late night bar that serves drink until 2 am. The only thing because of which I… Read more

The only thing because of which I would not give a 5/5 is ROOM SERVICE! It is pathetic. My bathrooms were not cleaned for 3 straight days despite complaints. The lotion and soap supply was never refilled. Read less

Have been an spg member for 20 plus years. This hotel has the worst customer service and management I have never seen. There are too many things to list as to why I would not stay here. There are many other great hotels in Boston. Do not stay here!
