The Hotel is amazingly clean and colorful. We had an event there and everything from arrangement to food were perfect. Rhonda was our server and she was great, patient, professional, efficient with a big beautiful smile. The only thing I hoped that they would waive the $40 parking ticket fee for the time of the event :(. Would be happy to be… Read more

After traveling, I am usually very happy to be back home and in my own bed, However, after staying at this property for five nights, I find that I am missing my beautiful room, luxurious shower, comfortable bed, awesome breakfasts, and warm hospitality that I experienced while at this property.

As a Titanium elite, I was asking if there is any suite that I can be upgraded to. The receptionist directly say no availability (lie in your face) while did not check for the availability. I showed her that why I still can see and book online. This is when she asked for her supervisor and be able to upgrade me to a suite. Like other mention that this hotel is also crowded by college students. I gave 4 out of 5 because the hotel located in a good location near majority Boston's attractions and also a bridge to the prudential mall. The room has a nice view. The lounge was opened during my visit and has an acceptable breakfast. The lounge is also huge. The gym has also nice equipment but a little crowded. Overall, I would still recommend to stay here but the service can be improved. Read less

But there are some quirks: there seem to be 2 or 3 floors relegated to college student housing so the elevators constantly stop at those floors and it's not unlikely that you'll ride said elevator with students making out. You'll see these students in the lobby and gym too. You will not be invited to their pizza parties though, which doesn't seem fair. Another quirk is the gym--it's great and well equipped but oddly there are no free weights under 25 pounds. I think the students stole them and they need to check those dorm rooms. Overall perfectly fine for one night. Wear your fraternity sweatshirt, you'll make friends. Read less
