Very nice room with a great staff. Beds are super comfortable.Only two complaints: It can be hard to get a cab here in peak times. The bathrooms, while very nice with a great shoer has a VERY low toilet. Quite a disgusting problem for men when sitting. Men, plan on a quick shower after using the toilet.

This is a beautiful hotel with good, efficient service. Our view of the city was excellent. The location is fantastic! The clam chowder was such a warm, delicious treat after being outside on a freezing night. We can’t wait to return!

My husband and I just came back from two nights at the Copley. The hotel is lovely, it's very clean and has a great vibe. Amparo was able to have our room ready early and as Titanium members, we were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to assist guests. We will return!

We had a room on the 32nd floor and come from a town in California where there are no buildings over 3 stories high so it was quite a treat to have such an incredible view that we didn't even ask for! We also didn't ask for an adjoining room or told we were going to get one with my sister-in-law but were pleasantly surprised when we realized we… Read more

Perfect location to check out Bean-town and walk to basketball games at Northeastern. Five horses--yum!! Read less

My husband, adult daughter and I, loved our stay at The Westin! Back Bay area is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Boston. The Westin is in a great spot, large hotel, with everything you would want/need without walking too far. We had adjoining rooms (suite and king room) with 180 degree views of Bostin, including the river. SO comfortable, clean, modern and spacious. My husband kept saying, ''nice hotel this one, Westin is a very good brand'. Staff were excellent, efficient, friendly. The Bar in the foyer has really nice food and the Starbucks is also very handy. The undercover walkway to the shopping malls was appreciated on a particularly cold day where we didn't have to go outside but shopped all day. On other warmer days we walked everywhere to see the sights. Recommend walking the Freedom Trail but getting a taxi to the National Monument and walking it back to the Public Park. We LOVED our stay in Boston and the Westin and would love to return. Read less
