AC is not working and 80 degree outside. Complained three times, front desk said will send fan, and it has been 1 hour no fan. The rooms was not cleaned despite we were out entire day and no bed turndown. Is it becos Indians? For bad corner rooms also sad😡😡😡 we pay same fees like white America? Becos Ritz Carlton was full, I booked this hotel. I love Ritz Carlton more than mom house. Never going back to Mariott nor will I suggest Indian community. . Read less

My corner suite was beautiful, with an incredible view of the Boston skyline and beyond. Immaculate, good area to work, TV hooked up to Netflix, etc. The location is ace to wander downtown Boston. So why just a 2-star review? The check- in stinks and I was charged a 75 USD “destination fee” which was NOT MENTIONED at check-in (as well as other amenities not mentioned 🤦🏽‍♀️). Oh and the hotel refuses to remove it. My check-in (a guy with short braids) didn’t bother to tell me about the daily $25 voucher that can be used for hotel food, the gym location or times, or even where the bloody lift was. I had to wander before finding it and THEN he decided to point it out. Neither he nor the reception later that day was particularly friendly. I’ve had friendlier service and more info provided at 2 star hotels and airbnb. Overpriced I-can’t-say without being banned. Read less

Right across from the Boston Library very accessible to subway & bus connections. We took a free orange bus from Logan here and bus back. We bought a transportation card to get around which made it easy. I walked 10-15k steps a day. 4 subway stops away from waterfront and 2 from Chinatown. About a mile walk to Fine Art Museum. We booked months ahead to get a reasonable price. Staff helpful. There is a destination charge but u can use it to buy food&drink everyday which is a treat. Bedding fab as usual. Breakfast great and staff very nice at Bar 10 (Ezra) and bar area had a great desserts and staff. Pleasant trip now one of my favorite destinations. Read less

Great service, especially the concierge level team!! It is great to start the day with breakfast in the club, after being met by Irense & her team. Evening food and beverage options are also very strong. We have stayed at this property before, and have always found the staff to be very customer focused, as well as being centrally located.

We could have used it in Starbucks or any of the outlets, we were NOT told about it at check in. At check out when I noticed it the desk person let me run to Starbucks for treats. However, i had an early morning flight, could not bring beverages through security, and I did not want or need these items. I called the hotel to see what they could do, and they did NOT do a thing except educate me to read the website. I am an educated traveler and ex hotel person. I was so disappointed by their lack of caring. It is a training and issue. So coupled with the $70 per day parking fee the room cost an extra $100 per day. Buyer Beware! Read less
