We stayed for 3 nights during covid. We had rewards upgrade so stayed in a "suite." One room didn't have lights in it. There was no dresser in the room. The furniture was dirty and mismatched. Additionally, we were told it was a dog-friendly hotel- a service we paid for. One guest said while in the elevator said "i can't believe there's a F** dog here". Overall not a pleasant experience- partially having stayed at many Westins . Read less

I used to work right around the corner and am very familiar with the area and the hotels in the vicinity. Picked this one as its central to everything and can access the Prudential center mall without going outside. It's also a little quieter than the Marriott Copley. Plus, we took the bus into the city and it stops right across the street at Copley Square. Checkin was a breeze and got a room on 36th floor (highest floor). Room was clean and in good shape. Some floors and facilities were unavailable/inaccessible, but that was to be expected during pandemic times, plus I was not interested in using any of the hotel facilities. Currently bonvoy gold and was provided 2 pm late checkout as requested. No other apparent benefit provided. Overall, satisfied with my experience and stay met expectations, nothing that blew me away though. Read less

Check-in was disastrous. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied. Here is another room for you. Thsi one should be unoccupied". Seriously? We booked this hotel because Westin has a good brand name and this one had a Valet parking option as opposed to finding a parking spot ourselves for our car during the winter season. Valet was overloaded and so it took sometimes 20-30 min to get our car, despite paying $65/day for the valet. The room was ok but the bathroom door was broken and almost coming off the hinge, barely hanging. The shower water was barely lukewarm. Overall very very disappointing experience. Definitely not a 4* hotel. Read less

We stayed at the Westin to celebrate New Year’s and my husband’s birthday. We had the corner suite which has an incredible view, especially in the morning when the sun rose. We had reservations at Del Friscos Steakhouse and we were able to easily get to it walking through the bridges to the Prudential building. Great location!!!

I asked for a quiet room and certainly got it. My only complaint with the room was the air conditioning which seemed unconventional and difficult (for me at least) to control. Had breakfast from the lobby outlet and was very pleased they were serving pumpkin spice lattes. Very reasonably priced right now and highly recommended. Read less
