My favorite Boston hotel. The staff are absolutely superlative. Front desk professional Chris is wonderful. He treats you like family. Everybody there is so gracious. Perhaps the most comfortable, large lobby ever. Yes, the Lenox is a jewelbox of a lobby, but the Westin Copley is bright, welcoming and spacious. Go to the accompanying Starbucks,… Read more
My favorite Boston hotel. Go to the accompanying Starbucks, grab a coffee/snack, and enjoy in front of the fireplace. So much comfortable seating, with comfy banquettes, upholstered chairs, tables and Wi-Fi. Rooms are equally nice, and the bathrooms are modern and immaculate. The connected mall is fantastic. The proximity to the Prudential Center, Boylston and Newberry streets is an added convenience. I love the Westin Copley Place! Read less

I always look forward to a stay at the Westin Copley Plaza; my husband and I recently checked in for a brief stay combining both business and pleasure since that’s what the Westin seems to do best. The hotel is connected to both the Copley and Prudential Shopping centers and a stone’s throw from some of the best Boston sights and restaurants. I do find this is my regular hotel for Boston stays and while a rather large property the rooms are quiet, clean and spacious. The staff is always courteous and I delight when they recall me from previous visits. To me, these are unexpected characteristics of a “conference” size hotel and delights me in my stays. I did have Club Lounge access due to status, and note that such access makes for a delightful experience. The staff in the lounge get to know you quickly and make sure you are a regular even if you are only there a few days. I must recognize Irene Yeung, Westin Experience manager for taking care of a few requests quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate her professionalism and efficacy; I never felt as if I was asking for too much and she made sure everything was quickly squared away. The hotel boast many amenities, however I truly only used the Lounge and the gym this trip. And the gym is a lovely perk; clean, efficient and spacious. If it’s too cold to venture for a run on the Charles, making your workout indoors isn’t a burden this time! Thanks again to the team for making our stay great. I look forward to a return visit soon! I stayed at the Westin Coppley place for three nights while attending a conference and found the room comfortable and clean, with well-appointed amenities. There are lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, many via the attached mall.

This hotel is located across from Copley Square in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston. I was upgraded to a corner room studio suite with a view of the Charles River. The double room also had a sofa bed, a small refrigerator, and coffee and tea service. The hotel is adjacent to the upscale Copley Place shopping mall, which is connected via walkways to the Prudential Center shopping mall and convention center. On the lobby level, there is a restaurant and bar as well as a Starbucks. The hotel is an easy walk from Newbury Street and the Public Garden and is a short T or taxi ride from Logan airport, Fenway Park and downtown Boston. The service offered by the staff was excellent, from check-in until departure. They still offer full housekeeping service, which was discontinued at some chains after the pandemic. Although there are a number of hotels within a four-block radius of this hotel, I’d recommend the Westin for its prime location, comfortable rooms and great service. Read less

I came here for a business meeting. I stayed in a studio suite, which, while big, was a bit depressing. The room looked like it was decorated with random furniture from Odd Lots. Wires hung down from the TV. There was a broken lamp. Worse yet, in this huge room there was no dresser or closet shelves, so I couldn't unpack. That's ridiculous.… Read more

Wires hung down from the TV. There was a broken lamp. Worse yet, in this huge room there was no dresser or closet shelves, so I couldn't unpack. That's ridiculous. Elevators were slow, and while there were signs saying you needed your key card to access guest floors, you did not, so security was nonexistent. Internet cut in and out, and was unavailable for large portions of the day, which is a problem during business meetings. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and there was adequate water pressure in the shower. Read less
