Workout room had a couple of machines broken. Room was large, clean and relatively quiet. Stayed in club level and was disappointed with both the offerings AND the people working at the club. Not certain I’ve had a more disinterested group of employees. Checking names and room numbers in addition to a key that allows only limited people access seemed unnecessary. Read less

When we arrived at 1030pm, we walked to the lobby desk and she checked us in quickly and gave us our room keys. We went to our room and the keys did not work. We went back down and she told us to insert the card very slowly and sometimes this worked. We went back up and tried her method, which did not work. We went back down and she told us to insert the card very slowly and sometimes this worked. We went back up and tried her method, which did not work. After a few more ties, the door finally opened. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a great view of the city. We had the option upon check in to “go green” and only have our room cleaned every other day. We were there 4 days and never once was our room cleaned. We had run out of dry clean towels, so I called room service to have fresh towels delivered. It took them 45 min to deliver them. Actually the day we were leaving, house keeping knocked on the door at 10am (checkout at noon), wanting to clean our room. Besides the house keeping and slow service, the hotel was clean and presentable. I probably would not stay here again unless it was paid for by business again. Too expensive to have dirty sheets and wet towels all weekend. Read less

By far, one of the best locations to stay in Boston as it was convenient to/from freeways, restaurants, attractions, etc. The property itself was beautiful and easy to get too from the airport. Valet parking, while costly, was super efficient and easy to drop off/pickup the car. Check-in was a breeze with their new app check-in process and getting the room key from the front desk was quick because of the app. The interior of the property, including the rooms were beautifully decorated. It felt like a West, which I appreciate. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered solid views of the city. There is a starbucks onsite along with a few restaurants (I saw hot pot that looked damn good), and shops with a bridge connection to another shopping area. The bar located next to the check-in desk serves up some delicious drinks (old fashioned is always good) and food (bread pudding was also good). Off-site, tons of restaurants, coffee shops, walgreens/cvs are all nearby. It's within walking distance to the freedom trail and many other attractions. I definitely welcome the opportunity to visit the Westin Copely Place again and highly suggest you stay here. Read less
