Hotel exceeded all my expectations. Big comfortable room. Very clean. Good breakfast buffet. Laundry room was easily accessible and good. Hot tub was nice and felt clean . One of the nicest hotels in this price range that I’ve stayed. I’d stay there again
A Very Pleasant Surprise

We stayed in the main building in an accessible suite. We were thrilled with the cleanliness, space, linens, furniture, attentiveness of staff, parking, breakfast offerings and space of the breakfast room. The location was convenient to Bryce Canyon entrance and the few restaurants in the area.
Would stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel. Pool area was especially nice. Great location for using shuttle system to see Hoodoos in Bryce Canyon. Even nicer would have been access to a bar serving snacks, beer, liquor and/or wine.
In house breakfast was good but not any better or worse than your average road or highway hotel/motel.
Great for adults. Clean. Comfy. Friendly

Nice, upper class hotel. Great lobby.
Clean, comfy rooms. Friendly staff at front desk. Nice art throughout hotel and in rooms. Pool and hot tub were pleasant and clean. Not much restuarant-wise in this area. Any restaurant in this area will be so-so. Thankfully, mostly adults at this hotel. Outstanding showerhead for a powerful shower experience.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. My issue was this hotel is very dated from a technology standpoint. There are no USB ports in the room and probably 50% of the electrical outlets didn’t work. I woke up on my departure to a dead phone and a dead Apple Watch because the electrical outlets didn’t work. The strict adherence to the 4 o’clock check-in is ridiculous. I arrived at 3:50 and told the check-in clerk that I wasn’t feeling 100% and could I get into my room a few minutes earlier the answer was no the room was not available. Come back at 4 o’clock, all your rooms are suddenly available at 4 o’clock. I find that hard to believe.
