room heater did not work and keeps pumping out cold air. called and complained. maintenance person came and fixed it with warm air coming out. after 2 hrs, it stopped working again. the entire night was very cold and not comfortable with constant cold air not hot air blowing.

Huge facility. Rooms have lots of space, including 2 sinks in the bathroom. Poor lighting in the main room. Could hear thumping footsteps above us. They have a huge breakfast offering...very impressive...but not enough tables to accommodate the large number of rooms. Much nicer than the "sister" BW property across the road.

Great front desk service. Room was decent but bathroom was old feeling. Tile was cracked and shifted underfoot. Bath mat was soaking wet. Hot water was barely warm. Nothing is worse than trying to grab a quick shower and being cold because the hot water sucks.

The lobby is gorgeous and the breakfast was top notch. They had a great, hot breakfast buffet with fantastic servers. Room was plenty big. Hotel is literally minutes from the entrance to Bryce Canyon! Super convenient! Only draw back was luke warm shower.
