Daniel A. at the front desk was incredibly helpful, making sure we stayed in the same room for our back-to-back reservations and even going above and beyond by helping my daughter with the S’mores. His warm, attentive service really enhanced our stay. Vanessa at the front desk was always smiling and super helpful, adding to the positive experience.
At the hotel restaurant, Pacific Hideaway, Kyle, our server, was fantastic—very professional and attentive. As an IHG Diamond Elite member, I get a breakfast credit, and Kyle took the time to clearly explain how the vouchers work, which can vary from property to property. His thoroughness was much appreciated.
Unfortunately, our experience with the hostess, Megan, was quite the opposite. She was rude and dismissive, which was surprising and disappointing. As a frequent traveler, I’ve never encountered a hostess with such an attitude toward a guest without reason. I sincerely hope her behavior isn’t rooted in any bias, as it stood out as a low point in our stay.
Despite this, Daniel, Vanessa, and Kyle made our visit memorable, and we would certainly return in the future.

Business trip had me here for 3 days Great location a few steps from the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The gym was good for a quick workout . They helped me retrieve my item I let behind . They shipped to my home with low charge. We hosted a meeting for 70 people and used the meeting spaces . Great choice all around
