The hotel

The oceanfront pool is also a top spot to spend your day, where you can drink in the oceanfront views with a selection of Cali inspired drinks from the poolside bar. Come sunset, head to the stylish Treehouse for a sundowner with panoramic views, before you dance your night away as some of the areas best DJ’s take to the decks. After a fun night, you’ll wake up to views of the glittering sea, as all the rooms here have at least partial ocean views from your balcony, complementing the soothing coastal hues of the rooms themselves.

250 guestrooms decorated with a coastal vibe, all with private balcony, air conditioning, WiFi access, Aarna Spa bath products, bathrobes, flip flops, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, safe, Keurig® machine with Peerless Coffee and Tea®, utility LED clock with USB power ports, and 48” Smart LED web TV.

Partial Ocean View Rooms feature limited coastal views, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Ocean View Rooms are located on the north and south sides of the resort, offering views of the Pacific Coast Highway and the Pacific Ocean, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Oceanfront Guest Rooms feature unobstructed, 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Tanner’s Restaurant (contemporary coastal cuisine with ocean views from indoor and outdoor seating, open for all day dining, with daily happy hour). Treehouse Lounge (rooftop bar serving SoCal inspired drinks and light bites, with regular live DJ’s and daily happy hour). Blend Café (serving hot and cold drinks, fresh pastries and paninis, and a range of grab and go items, throughout the day). Ninth Island Pool Bar (serving poolside bites and cocktails until sunset). 

Live poolside DJ set every Saturday and Sunday from midday – 6.00pm.

Charged me the normal price when I booked a limited time non refundable/cancelable rate. Pillows in the room were terrible. Other than that the place is fine - location is good and it was clean, but I was annoyed when I checked out.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pasea. We got the Paw-sea package for our dog as he was coming along with us and he had such a great time as well! The location is really close to the beach and pier as well as the shopping center right next door. We absolutely loved our stay at Pasea. We got the Paw-sea package for our dog as he was coming along with us and he had such a great time as well! The location is really close to the beach and pier as well as the shopping center right next door. There are plenty of places to walk to for dining but the food at the hotel is some of the best we've had. No joke it was delicious! We ate at the Study Kitchen + Bar and also ordered room service. We liked that they had vegan and vegetarian options as well as meat options. They have a special dog menu for the pups and an on-site dog park which was so cute. There's also plenty of places to walk your dog around the hotel. The staff welcomed us and our dog with open arms and it's truly hard to find a hotel with this much warmth from the staff. You know they're treating their employees well because they love working there. Our dog got an extra bag of treats from the Blend cafe too. It was just a very lovely time and we can't wait to go back!! Read less

The roof top bar plays very loud music past midnight which you can hear from the rooms. If you enjoy a good nights rest this place is not for you!! You will also have to deal with multiple conference events and the evening party crowds which make sleep difficult

An absolute gem! This resort exceeded all our expectations. The cabanas were luxurious and comfortable . The vibes were unbeatable – from the views to the live music in the lobby. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Can't wait to return!
