This was the first time staying in Long Beach as well as bringing our dog with us. The hotel was in a great location near the waterfront. I love the cleanliness of the facility, the staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. It was very central to the concert I was attending. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Convention Center is close by

The location was perfect to spend a day in the area. Restaurants, aquarium and marina are all in walking distance. From the minute we checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful for our short stay. Expensive, but not unexpected for the area.

From the moment we arrived the service and upgrades were pleasant the room was immaculate but most of all was the view of the port of long beach and watching the cruise ships sail all the little stores and shops in the area keep you entertained no need to drive well definitely be back

I stay there for 3 nights but odd to know many of the necessities are not available neither in the room nor in the reception counter. No toothpaste, No toothbrush, no slippers, no snacks, no drinks, even no water
