My stay at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach was very pleasant and plan on staying there again if need be for a future trip. The rooms were spacious, free of odor, well-maintained and organized. The location is also beneficial as it is close (across the street) to the aquarium, restaurants and small shops.

This is not really a Hyatt. It has no restaurant except for a weekend brunch buffet with the most disgusting food I’ve ever seen and the worst coffee ever served. The beds are very hard with a featherbed on top that does not make up for how firm it feels. There is no real shower. There’s a handheld spray which I think they use to keep people from… Read more

The beds are very hard with a featherbed on top that does not make up for how firm it feels. There is no real shower. There’s a handheld spray which I think they use to keep people from using too much water. If you ask at the front desk, they will give you free bottles of cold water. If you make a mistake and take one of the bottled waters from your room, they will charge you four dollars for it. All in all this property feels more like a roadside motel. Read less

Everything was nice thank you. The next time I’m in Long Beach, I will be visiting that Hyatt hotel. It was the perfect weather. The staff were pleasant the atmosphere and vibe was soothing. After doing business in the convention center, I look forward to going to my room with the beautiful view of Long Beach, California.
