Clean room, many with balconies. Good service. The place is enormous. Huge convention center plus a decent sized market, pool, restaurants, etc. It was a little far to get off the convention center campus to get to the crush of restaurants near Disney but not too bad. I was here for a conference and I had no complaints.

We live in Las Vegas, NV, and our Marriott is wonderful so we felt comfortable staying here. The moment we got in, our "guaranteed" connecting rooms were not given to us, even though I had two emails prior and a verbal confirmation the day before that we would have them. Marriott even has them advertised on their website currently! Then, we placed a menu outside our door for breakfast service the next morning. Not only was breakfast late but it was put in completely wrong, which the Room service confirmed. Now - they did Comp the breakfast AND gave a $75.00 resort credit, which we truly appreciated. The icing on our Marriot cake, however, was upon returning from Disneyland on Saturday evening, we found that our son's gold-plated earrings were missing from his room. Now, I say "gold plated" because granted, he is 17 years old and bought these with his own money (over $100.00) so this was truly devastating and in all reality, really sad because again, we hold (well, used to) hold Marriott in high regards. You can tell this particular Hotel likes to have as many conferences/dances/competitions/etc. , to fill their Halls and Banquet areas. On Saturday alone, there was a body-building competition; a cheer competition, AND a Latin dance festival. I should have listened to the prior reviews on here that this place was not up to par. When choosing between here and The Westin Anaheim next door, do yourself a favor and book The Westin, especially so your family's things won't "go missing" when you're trying to have a wonderful trip. We will never be back. Read less

Stained bed sheets, wrong welcome message on the screen for previous guest, internet connection on tv not working, overall not a pleasant stay. Bathrooms are very small. But the main issue is that they don’t seem to be changing the sheets and if they cut corners here, they cut corners everywhere.

Easy, smooth fast check in. Asked for a quiet room and got a high floor room facing the Hilton. I called down to the desk regarding this and our TV in room not working and spoke with Dominic. He was patient, helpful and so very kind in helping us get moved. I am grateful for his assistance but a little frustrated that I did ask at check in for a quiet room and was instead given a room that faced over 100db in volume from 11 floors up. Many thanks to Dominic for his assistance. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Dirty room and cut corners

Presents nicely but cuts corners. Room smelled strongly of bleach. Shower did not drain so I showered in a pool of dirty water all weekend. No fan in the bathroom in the room. No free WiFi. Paid 50 dollars for standard WiFi for less than 3 days. Footprint was present on my bed. Felt like a lousy motel, not worth 400+ per night. Staff was unhelpful.
