The location is great and the family suites are perfect. We found the staff warm and welcoming! We enjoyed the pool during afternoon breaks from Disneyland. Would be nice if the rooms slowly got renovated with fresh paint and curtains. I would recommend this hotel for budget friendly families visiting Disneyland.

This hotel is so incredible and not just because of the location (just 2 blocks from Disneyland) or the nice rooms. We went to Disney for my sons birthday and as we were checking in, we got to talking to the nice staff and we mentioned my sons bday to them when they asked if we have stayed with them before. We told them it was our first time there and they asked for my sons name and said “wish him a happy birthday from us ”. The next day after a long day at Disneyland, we came back to the room and it was filled with happy birthday balloons and birthday card for my boy. He was SO happy! It was the sweetest gesture and we will be back again and again because of the staff alone. They were all so wonderful. From the sweet lady that cleans the rooms, to the people that checked us in and mainly Alexa. Alexa, thank you for making my son’s birthday that much more special! Read less

Alexa and Ulysses were exceptionally helpful. They were so kind and helpful with all of our needs. Everyone I interacted with on staff was wonderful actually. The rooms are dated but they are close to the park and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was breakfast so we just brought our items to eat since there was a mini fridge.

We all had a swim on our last morning 11ish and again we had it to ourselves - no-one goes to Anaheim for a pool holiday!
