What a nice stay at this property. Convenient walk to Conference Center, nice hot tub and rooms were very clean and spacious. I enjoyed the option for the free breakfast at the Denny's next door. It was a great trip!

I wish there was a way to rate this place 4.5/5. You couldn't ask for much more from this hotel, within the limitations it has based on its construction and features. I wish there was a way to rate this place 4.5/5. You couldn't ask for much more from this hotel, within the limitations it has based on its construction and features. They do a lot with a modest building. The good bits include: -nice decoration throughout - it's a pretty attractive place -breakfast vouchers for the Denny's and the to-go meal -comfortable beds and good shutters -good quality toiletries and towels -pool and hot tub -a perfectly useful little fitness suite and laundry room And of course it's in easy walking distance (25 minutes) to Downtown Disney and another 5 to the park. Okay, that's a long way to walk if you're a kid, but for grown-ups it's fine. But I did have some challenges staying here. Mostly around noise. The air conditioning units are thunderously loud. The hotel is on a main road and so you get quite a bit of road noise even in the back units. And you can hear *everything* through the walls and adjoining doors. In the owners' defense: there isn't very much they can do about these things (well, they could replace the A/C I suppose), they're just limitations of the building. But they did make my stay less than excellent. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper would be my suggestion. Even then, you may be at risk of being woken up at 6 and kept up late by folks coming/going to the parks. Read less

We arrived to be informed that Bookings.com had overbooked the hotel. The staff in reception, especially Torri were fantastic and so helpful. Torri just kept calling other locations until she found us a room for the night. We were so grateful as it was late and we had just arrived from NYC. This hotel is clean and in a decent location to Disneyland. They have a shuttle right outside the hotels entrance that takes you right into the park drop off zone. My only two issues were 1. The water pressure wasn’t great. It was hard to really shower. And 2. There was homeless people at the bus stop actively doing drugs and a small encampment… Read more
This hotel is clean and in a decent location to Disneyland. They have a shuttle right outside the hotels entrance that takes you right into the park drop off zone. My only two issues were 1. The water pressure wasn’t great. It was hard to really shower. And 2. There was homeless people at the bus stop actively doing drugs and a small encampment starting behind the hotels pool. The Denny’s provided them breakfast. It didn’t seem like the hotel or dennys did anything to help them move along. Getting on and off the bus with kids and druggies there wasn’t a fun experience. We stayed for 4 days and overall it was a good stay. The beds are really comfortable!! 10/10 We did get a voucher to eat at the Denny's in the same parking lot. Meal are not huge but it was enough to get you going! I would stay here again!
