Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to future guests due to the fact out of the four rooms we stayed 3 of the 4 had problems with the plumbing or HVAC or both . This hotel is perfect. Very close to Disneyland walking distance. Also the receptionist was so nice. Such a great attitude. The rooms were very clean and everything was perfectly positioned. The wifi is also great. The breakfast was more than complete.

Location is ideal you are as close to Disneyland as you can get without being in a Disney hotel, breakfast included, and changes slightly everyday. Great staff amongst the highlights.
Wish safe was in room and not a lock box but 10/10 we will be back

We chose this hotel for its location to Disneyland and it was a perfect. We walked through downtown Disney to reach the parks and it was an easy 15-20 minute trip. We felt safe walking, even at night and it is an easy walk with no hills.
The hotel is older with rooms opening directly to the outside. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was excellent, making beds, tidying the room and replenishing towels on a daily basis. We were a family of five, with two connecting rooms.
Free breakfast, starting at 6:00 AM, was included with many hot and cold items. Food was replenished as needed and it was an easy way to start the day before heading to the park.
Staff at the desk was knowledgeable and helped us schedule transportation to nearby Knotts Berry Farm.
We did have an issue with our television and it took two days to have it repaired.

Clean, convenient, affordable option close to the parks (walking distance). Loved the full breakfast, pools, and hot tub. Best Western quality is consistent-the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and smelled fresh, and the breakfast buffet included healthy options.
