The hotel

It's all about the location at this large ‘Disney Good Neighbour’ hotel. It's just a 10-15 minute stroll from Disneyland Resort and Downtown Disney. If you want to save your energy though you can jump on the shuttle that picks up and drops off right outside the hotel. But before you go, stop at the Disney® Desk, where cast members can give you some insider tips. Fancy a day off from the parks? There’s an adults-only indoor pool and hot tub, plus an outdoor family pool and a water play area. Win-win. And after dinner you why not head to Mix Lounge, set in the lively atrium lobby, for a signature cocktail or glass of something from the extensive wine list.

Stayed here for a conference at the convention center. It could not have been more convenient. Room was fine, nothing spectacular but was more than sufficient for my needs. Like every place in the Disney area, stuff is expensive. I nearly fell over when I ordered at Starbucks one morning ($11 for a breakfast sandwich?!). After that I ate at the… Read more

Like every place in the Disney area, stuff is expensive. I nearly fell over when I ordered at Starbucks one morning ($11 for a breakfast sandwich?!). After that I ate at the restaurant for the rest of the time. Might as well get a proper meal for not much more and the coffee is actually good. Staff were great at the restaurant as well. I used my Hilton app to check in and out and unlock the elevator & room and it worked beautifully. Read less

Stay away from this Hilton. I stayed here due to being a honors member. The hotel from the outside looks beautiful, but don’t get fooled it is disgusting. The furniture from the lobby is scratched and nasty. The room where we stayed in had lint in the ac vent. THERE WERE CONDOMS in the drawer. The bathroom mirror was peeled. The vanity was… Read more

The bedskirt was very stained and the carpet looked very old. The hotel from inside is very rundown. And the elevators were really slow. Never again will I stay here. Run away from this hotel. The rooms didn't have any ceiling lights as well the bathroom doors had gaps on the side. Lastly their was no elevator music, as it became so awkward at times in the elevator. Read less

We got to stay on the top floor and had a great view of the Disneyland Resort and got to watch World of Color from our room - I'm sure the fireworks would've been amazing from our room too (but unfortunately they were canceled due to weather). Our room was super spacious and clean. We also ate at MIX restaurant (the on site restaurant) and the food was yummy. Overall the service was great and we loved our experience! This would be the perfect hotel for the upcoming D23 Expo as it is right next to the Anaheim Convention Center! Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Too expensive to be this janky.

Yeek. I get this is a high volume hotel. But it is really janky. Kind of falling apart. Holes in walls, scratches all over the doors. Peeling wallpaper. It would probably be ok if the prices were not so high. It costs a lot to self park. They charge extra to check in early, even if your room is ready. $60 for early check in. Ouch. However, the… Read more

However, the staff are SO SO nice and helpful. The people are great, it is just the facility that is need of major upgrade and repair. No working spa anymore, pools were closed. Not great amenities to speak of. The lobby bar is nice and open, I'll say that much. The Marriott across the plaza is much nicer, for about the same price. If you can get a major discount here, then yes, it is a convenient location. But otherwise, I don't really recommend. Read less
