The hotel

It's all about the location at this large ‘Disney Good Neighbour’ hotel. It's just a 10-15 minute stroll from Disneyland Resort and Downtown Disney. If you want to save your energy though you can jump on the shuttle that picks up and drops off right outside the hotel. But before you go, stop at the Disney® Desk, where cast members can give you some insider tips. Fancy a day off from the parks? There’s an adults-only indoor pool and hot tub, plus an outdoor family pool and a water play area. Win-win. And after dinner you why not head to Mix Lounge, set in the lively atrium lobby, for a signature cocktail or glass of something from the extensive wine list.

I stayed here with my family from 7/5-7/13. From 7/6-12 we had NO Ac in our room. The doors down the hallways looked very worn, our bathroom mirror frame was peeling from water damage, there was a leak underneath the sink that I’ve been there for a while since it’s caused a stain. When contacting the front desk on our 2 day of no ac I was informed that engineering was aware and working on a solution. I was given that excuse until 7/10 when I was told the AC problem was resolved and my room should have air. I have to requesting maintenance to look into the situation in the room. They told me it should be resolved within 24 hours. After it not being resolved within 24 hours, the Front desk gave me the option to move, but cannot guarantee they could move me into a room where the AC would be working. Upon requesting a fan for the room, I was informed one would be sent up after a few hours I inquired and was informed all the fans had been distributed to other rooms. This trip was for a children’s dance competition in the convention rooms Which had a lack of AC the first few days and absolutely no airflow in the hotels conference rooms on the third floor. I would’ve expected the hotel to put up industrial fans to ensure the children did not overheat, but did not see anything except for water containers placed throughout the floor. Read less

Rooms are shabby and bathrooms are tiny. No usual amenities like microwaves, USB ports, or extra outlets even at the desk. Not all rooms have refrigerators. Carpet was worn and dirty. This is not even Motel 6 level. Beware in restaurants as the automatically add 20% gratuity for just two diners. Do not recommend

It was good location if you wanna go to the parks , the building is old but still in great conditions, no buffet option in the morning just a la carte option. Parking is $25 for self parking which still affordable compared to other places, I will be back here

I am at this hotel every year for a conference. It is a very busy hotel. Sometimes the lobby is very hectic. The restaurants can be hit or miss, especially the smaller restaurants. The main restaurant in the lobby is good. Parking is affordable and safe.
