The hotel

Ideal for exploring both Orange County and Anaheim, the Westin Anaheim provides a central location that is within easy reach of the areas biggest attractions. The most notable of those being Disneyland® Resort, which you won't be able to miss from the hotel. Grab a table at RISE Rooftop come the evening and enjoy the fireworks display with a little more space (and some great sharing plates and cocktails too!). Upgrade to a Park View and you'll be able to look out over those iconic rides and displays from your bed too - we think it's definitely worth it. The other standout thing about this hotel is the diverse range of dining on offer. From classic Californian fare to Mexican delicacies and poolside grills in between, whatever you're in the mood for, you'll be able to find it! With an outdoor pool and courtyard, this is your haven amongst a lively area, particulalry with those well known WESTIN Heavenly beds to enjoy at night.

I realized I haven’t left a review of the Westin Anaheim Resort. I believe we’ve stayed there at least five times over the past two years and there’s a reason we keep returning. After a bad experience at the Disneyland Hotel my husband and I decided to look for a new place to stay. A friend had recently returned from a stay at the Westin and recommended the hotel. We made one stay and fell in love. The public spaces, grounds, and rooms are spotless. They have both valet and self parking. The lobby is large and airy. The decor is lovely. The pool area feels like a resort. The rooms are spacious with nice furnishings and linens. The bathrooms are wonderful! The park view rooms overlook CA Adventure and have what is probably the best view of the fireworks outside the parks. However what really makes this hotel is the staff. Every single member we’ve interacted with has been very friendly, welcoming, and wanted to assist. They make sure you have water and we were offered bottles of water when checking in, standing in line, and leaving the hotel. They also have a water bottle refill station on the main floor, very nice when it’s hot. This last visit we had checked out and driven down the road before we realized we had left an item in the room. We called and when we returned security had retrieved our item and had it waiting for us. There are multiple restaurants and bars on the grounds. We’ve eaten at all of them and the food is reliably good and some is outstanding! There is also room service which can be nice at the end of a long day. For those going to Disneyland, it’s a very short walk to the corner at Katella and Disneyland Way. Cross Katella and then you’re on Disney property. The sidewalks area is landscaped and it’s about a seven minute walk from the hotel to the Downtown Disney gate. From there it’s a walk through Downtown Disney to the parks. Read less

First and foremost, besides the resort itself; the staff was amazing. I checked in with Frankie and he was super kind. A huge THANK YOU to the concierge team; they decorated the room for my birthday celebration. Super cute! Everytime we walked by the housekeeping staff, they always greeted us. Now on to the room! Amenities were great. The restroom was huge. LED mirrors were a plus :) Everything was fully stocked. The beds were one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. Room was spotless & the balcony that faced DCA was the cherry on top. They also have a rooftop bar; I mean you’re going for the VIEW but the drinks/food were tasty. I am so sad that I forgot our waitress’s name. She was a ball of energy and her recommendations were great. AMAZING stay, I would definitely come back & recommend it to anyone. Read less

We had originally booked the Best Western Stovall Inn next door but did not have a pleasant experience so check out and went to next door to the Westin. From the moment we set foot, it was a totally different experience. The hotel was breathtaking, smelled really nice and the staff was very pleasant, room very clean and comfortable. Lots of food option. Cyrus at the reception really took care of us. He allowed us to check-in early and upgraded us to a park view room. We were able to see the fireworks from our room. During our stay, every staff we came across was very friendly. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Great location to go to Disney (about 15-20 mins walk, depending on how quickly you walk). I would definitely recommend and stay there again in a heartbeat! Read less

Every aspect of this hotel is superb. It looks, feels, and smells brand new. Everything is functional, the rooms are bright and quiet, and the bed and bedding are so nice that we would consider duplicating it at home. Cyrus at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. I just want to say how much I appreciate the staff at the Westin. Cyrus at the front desk constantly goes above and beyond to make us feel appreciated, valued, and like family.
