The Westin Anaheim Resort

The hotel

Ideal for exploring both Orange County and Anaheim, the Westin Anaheim provides a central location that is within easy reach of the areas biggest attractions. The most notable of those being Disneyland® Resort, which you won't be able to miss from the hotel. Grab a table at RISE Rooftop come the evening and enjoy the fireworks display with a little more space (and some great sharing plates and cocktails too!). Upgrade to a Park View and you'll be able to look out over those iconic rides and displays from your bed too - we think it's definitely worth it. The other standout thing about this hotel is the diverse range of dining on offer. From classic Californian fare to Mexican delicacies and poolside grills in between, whatever you're in the mood for, you'll be able to find it! With an outdoor pool and courtyard, this is your haven amongst a lively area, particulalry with those well known WESTIN Heavenly beds to enjoy at night.

Image of the Tripadvisor rating 5 Star Resort at Disneyland

This is probably the best hotel resort in the Disneyland area. Once on the the property you feel like you are at a 5 star resort. The pool area, the restaurants, it's all a step above all the other Good Neighbor Hotels. The walk to and from the Westin down S. Disneyland Drive is also very quiet, and safe. The hotel room was amazing were in a suite with a view of Disney California Adventure. The Suite is huge with 1.5 bath, a living room and dining area. The Suite also has a huge separate bedroom, huge bathroom with a large soaking tub, his and her separate closets, and balcony with views of the park. I am so glad we booked this hotel, and this will be our #1 choice for our next yearly Disneyland vacation. Read less

I previously wrote a not so flattering 2 star review due to one employee, Penny. I still stand by my opinion that she was rude and dismissive but everyone has a bad day once in a while. I previously wrote a not so flattering 2 star review due to one employee, Penny. I still stand by my opinion that she was rude and dismissive but everyone has a bad day once in a while. Since my review, Ken Shrout, Director of Guest Services called and responded. He did a wonderful job listening, understanding, simply apologizing, and asking us to try them again. He assured me that they valued customer service and will make things better. I believe him and would recommend this hotel due to his wonderful customer service. As stated in my original review, the hotel, restaurant, cleanliness, and location are excellent. My family and I plan to return to The Westin Anaheim Resort the next time we visit Disneyland. Thank you for responding and addressing our concerns. 5 stars for customer service by Ken Shrout Read less

His customer service, as with the entire staff, is always… Read more

We love this hotel. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here, and white it's still my hotel of choice, it is starting to show some wear and tear. The deluxe view (we paid extra for) was looking across the hotel at more balconies. Couldn't see the fireworks or the park, so that was disappointing. Also, very noisy being in the front of the hotel. … Read more
