Palm Suites feature full balconies with views of Los Angeles and the Hollywood Hills, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining table, bathroom plus an additional powder room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.
L'Ermitage Suite is the most coveted, private suite, featuring full balconies with views of Los Angeles and the Hollywood Hills, foyer with marble fireplace, separate screening room, lounge with fireplace, dining room, full-service kitchen with wine refrigerator, private office, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

We had sewer come up in our bathtub in the first room, then we were moved to a room right below the workout room. It was so noisy that we then had to move again. Our final room had a very small bathroom, no shower and no enclosed toilet. This room was also on the street so it was noisy too but we couldn’t bear to move again so we just made do. This was not the 5 star hotel experience we were expecting. It was very disappointing, even though I know they tried to rectified it.

Super clean, spacious, elegant, quiet hotel. Staff across the board were friendly, efficient, helpful. Beds and linen's were very comfortable. We plan on returning in the near future and currently checking our calendar to book our next stay in early 2025.

Right off the bat, the front desk was helpful kind, and accommodating. The room was unbelievable. I booked a deluxe room and it was humongous, well lit, and beautifully designed. In addition, I sincerely appreciated the comfortable working nook, the hot shower and water pressure, the huge tub, and the extremely comfortable bedding. They also added several personal touches like a kind note from the manager, Evian water, fruit on my arrival, and GET THIS—A PILLOW WITH MY INITIALS EMBROIDERED. I have never encountered something like that before. I ordered room service and the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable.
I also would be remiss to not mention the housekeeping, which I don’t usually notice. I’d only been there one day, but when I returned, they had cleaned the room extremely thoroughly and organized all of my things. The mess of cords that I had laying around when I travel were wrapped up with cord organizers that they provided. It blew me away.
I have stayed at many fine and luxurious hotels in my lifetime but never have I stayed somewhere that was so well managed from end to end. I will definitely be bringing my wife here and continue to return for years to come.
Also, I should say that I accidentally left my Apple Watch in the room when I left and they FedExed it back to my house so promptly that I only beat it home by a few hours.
