King bed or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Studio King with Balcony - features a balcony overlooking the city. 

1 King bed sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Valet parking includes in/out privileges - $55 plus tax per night (paid locally, subject to change).

Bar Lis - crafted drinks and light bites. Ka’teen (closed Mondays, open for dinner and brunch at the weekends). The Terrace - serving breakfast and light bites (open until 6pm). Lobby Bar (open evenings).

This hotel has a resort fee of $30 plus tax per room, per day (payable locally, subject to change)

All of the receptionists were very friendly. They were very polite and able to fulfill all of our requests. They even tried to convince our pre-booked car renting Company to chance the pick up point to this hotel and adviced us many see worthy sights in LA

Angel was awesome! Great recommendations on what to do and places to eat. He also called Chateau Mormont for me to make a reservation. Highly recommend the Thompson for the location and as a base to check out the Hollywood scene. Bar Liz in the hotel was a cool spot!

My wife and had a great time yet again at the Thompson Hollywood. Our Room was spotless and had an amazing view of Hollywood. The staff was very attentive and polite. If you like mini bars like I do, the quality of tequila, vodka, and snacks were on point! Can’t wait to get back there next year.

If you are looking for a full luxury hotel experience and a good night's rest, look elsewhere - I would best describe this hotel as a hotel that is attempting to be a luxury hotel, but fails to deliver in several key areas - particularly service requests that require staff to communicate with different departments. Turndown service is apparently unavailable at this hotel, which for me, places it outside of the "luxury" category and into luxury-lite. Notably, we had requested towels be delivered to our room because we were going to be away in the evening and were told there was no turndown service. These towels were never delivered, and that meant we had to ask for more towels late at night after our event. Not a huge deal, but a luxury property would not have failed at this request. Further, you should be aware that there is a nightclub on the roof. Not a problem for me, but if you want to sleep before 2am and are a light sleeper, you may consider a different property. Read less
