We stayed here as a 24 hour break in travel and found it to be much better than we anticipated. Besides the convenient location the food service and room quality were very good. Would stay here again.

I stayed overnight because of a flight connection, the hotel was very nice, modern, the rooms clean. I was pleasantly surprised. The shuttle bus to the airport was frequent and convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were sometimes polite and helpful. The room had a broken phone, broken remote, and the pool was unusable and disgusting. Don’t be fooled. The hotel is not connected to LAX and is not walkable to the airport. In addition the shuttle you have to take also serves the parking garage across the street meaning you have to wait for all the parking people. It doesn’t prioritize hotel guests, there is no schedule and the driver was inconsiderate. I spoke with the Hyatt… Read more
