Retreat to this stylish hotel in a residential pocket of Santa Monica, yet just a shell's throw from the beach and Third Street Promenade. We had a birthday luncheon for 60 people at the Huntley. Mandy and her staff were excellent. They were very responsive and organized. The 2nd floor indoor/outdoor space was perfect for a daytime party. The food was delicious and the staff was very professional and friendly.

The Food, Decor, spaces, and entire hotel/ambiance were beyond amazing... by the time we finished our event, no one wanted to leave!! That's how incredible The Huntley Hotel truly is... We have just finished our 6 night stay at The Huntley. We were extremely happy with everything during our stay. The hotel is pure luxury with Bvulgari products in all rooms and candles burning in the foyer which produced a beautiful smell each time we entered the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the beautiful maid on our floor. Always happy and smiling. The room was huge and perfect for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable with duck feather pillows. Extremely clean rooms. The only negative would be the size of the bathroom which was very pokey. We requested a fridge which was brought swiftly to our room and was handy for milk and food for our boys during the stay. The hotel is in a wonderful and safe location close to restaurants, the beach and 3rd Street shopping precinct and only a short walk to the Santa Monica Pier. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel and stay again if we ever make it back to the states! Read less

Lovely, well- located, hotel with comfortable rooms, good amenities, and an excellent on-site restaurant. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great proximity to the beach and downtown. The restaurant, The Penthouse, was very, very good. Enjoyed cocktails and a great dinner there. Breakfasts were also very good.

Beautiful hotel with surprisingly upscale interior and all around classy vibe. Right near the shoreline with everything you need a walk away, but the hotel is placed just so you get a little quiet and relaxed setting without the noise. I have to say that Daniel at the front desk was probably the most professional and helpful person I have ever dealt with. I travel 50+ days a year for work and Daniel is the only person that treated us like we were valued guests. There was an issue with my reservation and the way he handled the situation made me a regular guest when I’m in LA for as long as he’s there! 5 star staff, best view of Santa Monica from the Penthouse restaurant and lounge, and there is a cozy hot tub whirlpool that was stylishly impressive.
