Every time I visit Santa Monica, the Shore Hotel is my go-to. The location can't be beat and the price can't either. The hotel is eco-friendly with top-notch management, staff and customer service. I always look forward to my next visit.

As a socal dude, it might seem strange to stay in socal, but the Shore demonstrates why you don't need to go far to experience beauty. Our girl Jazmin instantly made us feel relaxed and right at home. Shout out to Jazzy Jazz!

Highly recommend The Shore! The location cannot be beat - right across from the pier, walkable to many restaurants and the view! Aside from that, the service from the moment we pulled up from the Valet staff, to Ramon assisting at the front desk to check us in was top notch. Ramon went above and beyond to get to know us a bit and why we were staying in the area (early doctor's appointment at UCLA). Ramon took the time to make sure we felt welcome. Additionally, he followed up with some helpful emails with recommendations for places to eat and things to do near by. He also took the extra time to call that evening to be sure the room was agreeable and to wish me well for my upcoming appointment. The entire staff was warm and friendly and I cannot recommend The Shore enough! From location to staff the place is fantastic. Read less

I've had terrible customer service since staying here, in short there was an issue with payment, my company were paying for the trip but when I arrived they said there was no payment, i offered my credit card as they were being very rude at the front desk although my company told me it had been paid. My company then called up and confirmed again the payment which they was told was all fine. I didn't check my bank account until I got back from the trip and the money had been taken away still. Since being back I have tried to contact the hotel on over 4 occasions with emails and calls but I've had no response. Niceish hotel, probably over priced, the pool is tiny and no ambience in the hotel. Just a good location is all. Read less
