My Experience with the Hotel in July 2024 Ongoing Construction and Noise: The hotel was under construction, resulting in multiple noises and workers on the first floor. Unfortunately, despite booking our reservation six months in advance, we were not informed about the ongoing repairs during the summer. Late Room Cleaning Service: The room cleaning service was consistently delayed. Limited Internet Options: There was a lack of free internet service or connectivity through different providers. Limited Menu Options: The breakfast and dinner menu options were quite limited. Noise from Other Rooms: We frequently experienced noise from neighboring rooms whenever doors were opened or closed. Card Access Issues: The electronic cards for accessing the pool or opening the parking gate did not work reliably. Lost Reading Glasses: On the day of checkout, I realized I had left my reading glasses in the room. Unfortunately, when I asked to recover them, nobody was able to locate them. Water Pipeline Noise: We also encountered noise from water pipelines in adjacent rooms. Proximity to the Beach: While the hotel was within walking distance of the beach, it was situated in an area where many homeless individuals stayed. Read less

My family and I stayed at the Shore Hotel to celebrate my aunt’s birthday. The suite with the pullout sofa was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was efficient and very responsive to all our needs. Adriano the concierge was helpful and kind making my Aunt’s birthday special. Looking forward to our next visit!
