I generally spend 1-2 nights a week at the Sheraton LAX for business travel. I really love the gym and the variety of equipment for working out. The staff is always nice and friendly and rooms are excellent. Esmeralda and Leslie at the front desk are super helpful and friendly. On the last trip I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite and it was excellent. There is plenty of room for business meetings in the integrated conference room in the Presidential Suite and more than enough room for privacy to spread out and relax. I have always had great service and it is very close to the airport. It has been my go to for the last couple of years and will happily continue to return in the future.

I recently stayed at Sheraton Gateway LAX on a vacation with my son and had a problem with my reservation (my fault). The Front Office Manger Senitila Diana Fonua stepped in and helped resolve our problem. Nice to see exceptional Customer Service.

I love the proximity to LAX! The hotel is clean and everyone is so nice. Leslie checked me in at the front desk and made me feel so welcome. I just dropped my son off at LAX for a flight to Spain and won't see him for months. I came in a little sad but Leslie made me feel like family. I'm in HR and can honestly say...great hire, Marriott!
90th Birthday Celebration

We had a 90th Birthday Celebration for my Mom. Tonya Spencer, Director of Catering was phenomenal 👏. She walked through the process with us from day one. She was EXCELLENT. Thank you Tonya for you grace and service. You are the absolute best. You took very good care of our party.

Loved this venue. As a wedding coordinator. My job is very stressful. But working with Tonya the event went so smoothly even with all the moving parts of this wedding. I would recommend this place as one of my favorite venues. Tonya and her team made it a great place to work with
