Convenient location and walking distance to clubs and restaurants. Elegant property and rooms. Fresh prepared breakfast and helpful staff. The pool was heated and surrounded by flowers, lovely patios and terraces reminiscent of an Italian Villa.

I would definitely stay again. Friendly staff was happy and willing to help. Location is perfect. Breakfast was pretty good. Travelled with friends but will return with family. Great restaurant and comedy club right across the street.

This definitely wasn't the best place we stayed on our California road trip, but perhaps it offered reasonable value for money in LA. We were grateful they let us check in early, the parking is costly, but is really easy to use / find, and the self-service laundry is handy too. The room was ok and quiet at night, but could get very hot. The air con barely seemed to make a difference - I dread to think how it would feel in summer. I suspect this is a good location to base yourself, the plaza area outside is busy but seemed very safe compare to other areas and has lots of food and drinks options. The complimentary breakfast was not very good unfortunately, options were limited and seemed cheap. Read less

Albert was very very helpful and kind. Also the time I called, he was professional on the phone and again very helpful. I would highlight recommended this hotel, I was very impressed with the room we got.

When we visit our daughters in West Hollywood, we always stay here because the hotel is upscale and clean and it doesn't break the bank. The pool area is really nice and relaxing. The area is great for restaurants and the Comedy club is across the street.
