Breakfast packet cereal tasted very sugary, sweet, for what is supposed to be a healthy option. Single use disposable plastic cutlery, bowls, and plates given on a daily basis; obviously, it is not good for the environment. Swimming pool water was very cold, and the pool had grime stuck to the tiles around the inside perimeter of the pool. … Read more

Feel, should be the longer the stay the less you pay. Drinking bottled water should be complimentary for the duration of the stay, in line with other hotels. Read less

I live near the hotel and have known the Manager and most of the staff for many years. Whenever I need to stay in a hotel, I always stay here. The entire staff always treat me like family. Unfortunately, I had mold and water damage in my master bedroom and had to move out. I was there almost 2 months during the remediation and remodel and I felt right at home. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Whenever I have guests coming into town, they too, stay at the Best Western Hotel. It is my go to hotel! It’s in the best location. Right on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. Read less

Cannot fault this hotel. Great location with bus stop right outside. Good breakfast options to start the day. Beautiful pool and friendly staff who kept some of my luggage whilst I went travelling to another state for a few days. Stayed at The Andaz across the road last year, The Best Western was cheaper and is now my go to LA hotel.

A magnificent hotel with no complaints whatsoever. Would highly recommend to anyone. Breakfast is lovely, pool area is stunning and the rooms are super homely. A huge thanks to Carlos and the rest of the team who made us feel extremely welcome. See you next year!

Great boutique hotel, classic decor and very clean. Lovely little pool area, comfy rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Great western themed restaurant across the road and pizza place. Location great for exploring LA. Breakfast facilities ok, pastries, apples/oranges, juices, tea and coffee with 3 hot plates which varied each day and oatmeal.
