Where is it

In the centre of Mammoth village, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the gondola. The gondola will whisk you to the mountains in less than 6 minutes (operates mid-Dec to mid-Apr).

Hotel information

206 condos in 3 buildings, over 4-5 floors. All with balcony, full kitchen, satellite TV, DVD, telephone, complimentary Internet access, alarm/clock radio, hairdryer, iron and board. 1-Bedroom Condos have 1 king-size bed and a sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults. Please note that rooms have heating in winter and, in summer, open windows let in the cool mountain air (rooms not have air-conditioning). 

2-Bedroom Condos are as above but with 1 king-size bedroom and 1 queen-size bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 6 adults.

The room we booked was very nice! We got into the 1bdrm condo and it can fully furnished. Which is so nice because with the family we were able to get groceries and eat in the room. Which saved us a ton of money from eating out. I needed to book an extra night and the hotel was able to keep us in our same room. The pool is awesome and clean. I love that we’re walking distance of everything. This will be our new spot every year we’re in Mammoth. Read less

We were there during an especially hot time of the summer. Antonio and Gilbert went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. They helped us move to a cooler room and followed up to make sure we were happy. I can’t compliment this team enough. My family and I will be booking this property this winter and next summer because of Antonio and Gilbert. Read less

Wonderful location - cannot beat it! Helpful and quick responding staff. Loved the amenities and being able to dip in the pool on a hot day after exploring. Attention to detail in the rooms and loved having a kitchen and balcony. Would recommend!

We stayed for a few days over July 4th. We had a two bedroom room in the Sierra Lodge section. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Furnishings (especially blinds) had some wear but everything was functional. Staff members were welcoming and friendly. We were there during a heatwave, but the room was never too hot -- ceiling fans in both bedrooms, opened windows at night, and the living room had a portable AC that worked well. The only downside was dishes needed rewashing (either previous guest did not properly clean or the dishwasher wasn't as effective as it should be.) Great location for exploring Mammoth lakes and surrounding area. Read less

Took a trip with the family and had the most relaxing time. From the time that we walked to the front desk and were greeted by a very friendly personable staff; to the time we dragged our selves out of the doors to check out it was a great time. Joanna was great when we checked in. She asked us about what we wanted in a room and gave us more than we imagined we would get.(including a coloring book and stickers for the kids.)Housekeeping has some great people as well, Gladys helped us a few different times and had a lovely smile. And after all the shopping and mountain of luggage we had to take home Gil was kind enough to help us lug it all to our car. Read less
