Our first time in Mammoth Lakes was this Thanksgiving to help celebrate with family & friends at their new condo. My wife & I stayed at the Westin Monache Resort courtesy of my in-laws. What a great place! Very pleasant Bell Staff especially Cindy (she was so nice and personable). The Front Desk staff were very nice, efficient and exhibited exceptional hospitality (offering complimentary Champagne upon arrival). The room & view was comfortable, warm, cozy and well-equipped. Underground parking was a plus. Everyone greeted us with a smile and a cheerful attitude. We had a great time for the 3 days we spent in the mountains. Thank you all! Read less

Great hotel, front of house staff Ben, Duncan, Steve and Valerie were all extremely helpful and efficient. The room was clean, housekeeping were excellent. The bell boys were very knowledgeable about local amenities. The engineers, Matt and colleague were extremely efficient when called. All in all a wonderful stay, can't wait to return.

Awesome hotel, super easy for family ski trip. Tesla charger in the parking lot. Subterranean parking is awesome so when it snows your car isn’t covered in snow. The service was awesome as well. Jason at the bell desk was super helpful and drove us to dinner and picked up our group with the hotel shuttle.

Another great stay at a comfortable, well-run hotel! We came back with three generations sharing a 2BR suite. The summer outdoors activities in Mammoth Lakes are varied and enjoyable. We enjoyed riding the shuttle bus around town. We appreciated the relaxed upscale ambiance of the hotel. Beautiful, functional design prevails. The underground parking garage was convenient and uncrowded. The construction site next door was a plus: the kids liked watching the workers build each day. Housekeeping was top-notch. The only small flaw was the second hot tub was out of order due to a leak. This hotel is just so much more comfortable and convenient than renting a condo in Mammoth Lakes. Read less
