The property was super nice and clean the staff was super nice and made some great food recommendations.the rooms were a little noisy the doors could use some adjustments I could see light from the hall all the way around the door and there was a 1”+ gap under the door. Would definitely stay again especially if they change the beds.

Nice location and facility. Great family atmosphere but rooms are not clean and daily housekeeping needs improvement.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency in Monterey. It was truly the most accommodating and comfortable property we could have stayed at. The property is beautiful and well kept. It is family friendly and yet caters to a mature crowd too. We arrived to be greeted by many folks at the front desk who assisted us and they had snow cones for the family that day. Live music both Friday and Saturday night. A large bonfire for s'mores and smaller fire it's that were a lot of fun to hang at with the family. The bbq outside and the little family fun area has ping ping chess and checkers and other games and the kids even played at the pickle ball court. They have a fun little hammock garden. The restaurant sea root is very good and we had all our meals there. The server Cienna was our favorite! She was so helpful and kind and accommodated our many dietary restrictions. She was so professional and nice to us. We also liked meeting the cook Rima and seeing their open kitchen. The staff that were very noteworthy (all of them! But these are the ones we noticed most): Cienna, her father who also works at the restaurant, Rima, Lucy, Jonathan, and some front desk staff: Donald, Anna, Michelle and even at the end Vivienne handled a billing issue for us with patience. I will 100% stay here again! A very comfortable and happy destination for any type of holiday in Monterey. And the golf course view was sooo worth it.
