The Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa on Del Monte Golf Course elevates luxury accommodation to a new level, all within close proximity to the area's top attractions so you can enjoy the full Monterey experience. Spa Adeline presents a warm, restful ambiance and indigenously inspired treatments, but for something a bit more active you've got 2 heated outdoor pools, as well as tennis and pickleball courts!

Sea Root (coastal Mediterranean cuisine, open for breakfast and dinner). The Bar at Sea Root (serving tapas style dishes and drinks with golf course views, open from 3.00pm daily). Very friendly staff and charming lounge area. Carpet in room was quite worn and sticky. Shower has half door so water goes everywhere. Elevator carpet looks like cheap motel. Overall, the hotel is nice, although it's not as upscale as other Hyatt Regencys I've experienced. Hotel lobby area and restaurants are good. Be aware that the restaurant is upscale and so are the prices. Also some of the rooms seem to have thin walls or little insultation. I could clearly hear conversations and sounds in the room next to mine.

Not perfect and not fancy. slightly old style. But excellent for the stay in a nice and quiet environment. The breakfast was a bit crowded. The staff were very helpful and quick. We had free breakfast benefit, but still got a bill to sign. felt a little bit confused for the tips on the bill. anyway, they said the tips included, we wrote some tips… Read more
