Nice hotel with many interesting design elements yet service level does not meet the price point. We were warmly greeted at reception and offered wine and water. Then made our way to our room down a long hallway lined with dirty dishes on the carpet, not the first time this happened. Room was clean and well appointed if overstuffed with furniture making it a bit tight for two. For some reason the housekeeper did not attend to our room on the 2nd day. Breakfast was pretty good in the charming dining room, as were after dinner drinks. Again, the level of service did not meet expectations. Location is ideal for exploring downtown Napa, CIA and for regional travel. Read less

All the five star reviews are accurate. The hotel is great, walking distance to Oxbow, friendly staff, easy parking, comfy hotel rooms, and beds (that is super important). Most rooms have a balcony from what I can tell and I had my coffee out there each morning. My only gripe is the breakfast was horrible! Like the worst we've had for the price… Read more
All the five star reviews are accurate. The hotel is great, walking distance to Oxbow, friendly staff, easy parking, comfy hotel rooms, and beds (that is super important). Most rooms have a balcony from what I can tell and I had my coffee out there each morning. My only gripe is the breakfast was horrible! Like the worst we've had for the price we paid. Skip the breakfast sandwiches and get something else or go somewhere else. If I could get my $47 dollars back that would be awesome. Two sandwiches = $47. Yikes! The room per day fee at $33 is a bit steep during the winter/fall since we didn't really use anything at the property. Honestly, overall great stay. When you have a couple snafus like the breakfast and the fee's its a turn off but we would most likely stay here again for the right price. Read less
