My wife and I just went for a couple nights for a quick get away. Staff was super friendly and rooms were nice. Very happy with the location. The main street for downtown is one block over so you're very much within walking distance but not right on the main street.

Great staff and a great resort. Location is 2nd to none. We always stay at this resort when we come into town. We love the pool, especially in the summer.

It is around the corner from the main drag so you never have to move your car if you go out to eat or shop. It's especially nice to be so close the the thursday night street fair. The staff is usually friendly but Jane was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I spoke with her on the phone to book my room and she was very helpful in finding the room that fit our needs. She was a breath of fresh air. I never felt like I was taking up her time. She gets a 10 plus for her cheery disposition and her helpfulness. Read less

Will definitely book again. This resort has such a beautiful view of the mountain and is central to Downtown, so many shops and places to eat just a walk away. The receptionist that checked us in could not have been more kind and accommodating! And I believe his name was Israel. We did run into a bit of an issue with the room we got at first as when we booked it on a third-party site it didn't show us examples of the view or what the Garden or Pool view was, and we were hoping to get a room close to the pool. However, Israel made the switch for us all with a smile and an amazing attitude. The rest of our stay went very well. We enjoyed the pool a lot. During this time, the heat is scorching hot, but the pool's temperature was very cool, there's plenty of space to lounge by the pool side as well. It was a very good time. There's a gym and a Spa here as well but due to the duration of our stay, I couldn't take advantage of either but next time I definitely will. Another thing I liked was that in the lobby by the front desk they have a nice little mini mart with drinks, snacks and food, which came in handy and was very convenient. For the rooms, they're stocked with a fridge and a microwave which was a great thing for us. I had no problem with the shower, or amenities. The only thing I would say I would have wished was different was the mattress, but this is just based on my preference, I wouldn't say this is a dealbreaker for me! I felt the mattress was very firm, and it was something to get used to on the first night. But other than that I still enjoyed it here, this is my second time visiting Palm Springs and my first time at this hotel but Palm Mountain Resort is already my go-to. Thank you for a great stay! (I am excited for the remodels I've been hearing about too) Read less

Palm Mountain Resort has a great central location, near the P.S. Art Museum and short walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We have stayed here more than six times. However, this time we had an unpleasant experience that we felt could have been better handled if clear communication by the Engineering Staff Manager had occurred. Our front door had a large gap on the bottom, so we were visited by a colony of large date palm Cockroaches.Three different engineers came to fix the door. It took about 8 hours in total to fix. We bless the 3rd engineer who quickly identified an effective solution to the door problem. We wish he had appeared the first time and did the fix in less than 30 minutes. Read less
