The hotel

Just steps from the sand, your stay at Vespera Resort on Pismo Beach can be as chilled or as active as you wish. Lounge by the outdoor fire pits in the evenings or enjoy activities such as horseback riding or hiking through Pismo Preserve, it’s all available on the hotels doorstep. With a daily wellbeing class included in your resort fee, you can start the day in the downward dog position, with the sound of the waves in the background. At the weekends, wrap up a day in the sun with live music at Pequin with a cocktail in hand. The rooms are spacious and modern, with spa like bathrooms to make you feel like you’re staying in your own private beach house. 124 rooms and suites across 3 floors, all with air conditioning, complimentary WiFi access, coffee/tea making facilities, mini fridge, hairdryer, radio/alarm clock, smart HDTV, and bathroom amenities. 

Standard rooms feature inland views, with either 1 queen-size bed, 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Ocean View rooms feature a private balcony with ocean views, and either 1 king-size bed with optional sofa bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Premium rooms are larger in size and feature ocean views from the private balcony, with 2 queen-size beds plus a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 6 people. 

Boardwalk Suites feature a larger seating area with sofa bed, kitchenette, oversized bathroom, private balcony, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Dunes suites are one bedroom suites with inland views, a separate living room with sofa bed, kitchen, oversized bathroom, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Pacific Suites are one bedroom oceanfront suites with private balcony, separate living room with sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Pequin Coastal Cocina (Mexican restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner). Star Bar (poolside bar). Coffee cart.

The resort is so clean! The bed is comfortable, the pillows were so nice.The service was great and all staff were friendly and accommodating. My dog was welcomed and felt safe. The food was incredible, I LOVED the tacos! I appreciated the valet parking!

Best hotel in the Area! Staff is great, Becca, Dustin, Kevin, Jose and Tovar made our trip even better. Great location and great staff! We live in the area and this is our favorite spot. Location is perfect and hotel is very clean and well taken care of.

Excellent valet service, young man was very attentive, respectful, and professional! It took no time to get out car once we sent the text and they responded with timeline. Will definitely park there going forward as Pismo Beach is always quite congested.

He was not only kind and attentive but also went out of his way to share the recipe for the salsa used on our breakfast. Little touches like that made our experience even more enjoyable. The resort’s location right on the beach makes it a perfect spot for those looking to unwind and enjoy the ocean views. Beautiful decor, very modern and clean. Comfortable bedding. Electric kettle, fridge and keurig available to you for regular room. Booking my next stay here for sure! Didn’t get to try the bar but very close to the busy area where there’s many restaurants of walking distance.
