Refused late check out with no explanation. They weren’t book that day and we were willing to pay but they said no.
Breakfast is only served for one hour very early.
Coffee machine broken.
Very noisy in room from street and rooftop bar.
Everything was mediocre and outrageously priced.

A room without a view. In fact, a room without a telephone that works. In-room dining finishes at 9pm. A nice man who works hard by himself on reception with no help at all. I travel the world regularly and this is a motel not a hotel. This place is not worth staying at.

Traveled for a work meeting as well as stayed at the Andaz.
Everything was fantastic! Staff was wonderful and hotel was very clean!
