We love this hotel and started visiting in 2020 and liked it so much that we got married in the beautiful Banyan Court in 2021. We love this hotel and started visiting in 2020 and liked it so much that we got married in the beautiful Banyan Court in 2021. We were back this year for my spouse's birthday and will continue to go back. The staff are exceptional. They are responsive, attentive, and so kind. We were upgraded to a corner suite and it was stunning. Erin Berg helped make my spouse's birthday celebration so special - she truly went above and beyond and even welcome my 2 year old with a cute toddler robe and stuffed dolphin. We come back for the service and the heated pools and water slides. You can rent paddleboards and kayaks. Parking is very expensive overnight - $50 but day street parking is free. The Red Marlin is another plus. I made the mistake of trying out The Dana's breakfast buffet and really regretted it. The next day we went to the Red Marlin and they have a large breakfast buffet with options that are included from the kitchen. Pam was our server and was a delight. Oz, the manager stopped by and made us feel so welcomed. Read less

This stay was not worth the money. We arrived to a room with no hot water, a sink that didn't drain and moldy towels. Along with this it was directly over the truck loading dock and there were around the clock loud noises. The hotel restaurant Pelicans was closed for the entirety of our stay. This stay was not worth the money. We arrived to a room with no hot water, a sink that didn't drain and moldy towels. Along with this it was directly over the truck loading dock and there were around the clock loud noises. The hotel restaurant Pelicans was closed for the entirety of our stay. We were eventually moved to another room only after they determined they could not fix the plumbing problem. The room was nicer, however we were not able to use the amenities as there was a high school conference that came during our stay that consumed all the amenities and were extremely loud. The hotel response to the loud noise was "This is news to us, we will talk to the even planners." There was maybe one day in our stay that was nice. I would not recommend this property. Read less

Great central location -- easy to get downtownand walking distance to the beach. Staff attention was outstanding. Would stay again!

I stayed at the hotel for a staff retreat and everything was wonderful! The view from the balcony was beautiful and the room itself was very clean and comfortable.

Stunning bay and ocean view, comfortable balcony, decent size room, fun pools with waterslides, six minute drive to Belmont Park, handy to get on the I-5. We literally booked this hotel, same day on a college viewing trip and were delighted!
