Do not stay in the corner view room upstairs (549). The door slams each time it closes and squeaks each time it opens and closes. I asked yesterday and today if there was a comparable room to what I paid for that I could move to and there was only one that is $70 more a night. I didn’t sleep any of the nights since it is right next to that loud door. I was told the engineer was going to come make it not slam, but if they came it didn’t get fixed. I spent too much money on the room to not get any sleep. I’m guessing the room isn’t used much since there were two burnt out lights (they did replace one bulb when asked) and a few other things that were not a big deal. I did have an amazing massage with Diego, it was awesome and he gave a list of things to do while we were visiting. Michael in the restaurant was fantastic, by far the best waiter I have had in a long time. He was funny and made our night a great one, my salmon dinner was delicious too! Read less

We stayed in the tower, great view! Great restaurant dining as well. Had drinks and appetizers at one of the outdoor patios. Great food and drink in a lovely location. Special thanks to Katie Blackburn, concierge. Katie was very helpful, had great suggestions and booked dinner reservations for us.

Not worth 4 stars. Noisy at night, kept awake by traffic, train and clanking lift. Without a car onsite food very limited and over priced. Resort fee extortionate for what is offered. Buildings need updating and to be cleaned. Avoid at all costs.

I loved the Covewood Restaurant. They even had some vegan & gluten free options for me. The hospitality and friendly staff were really a plus, especially Katie Blackburn, the concierge. The grounds and the view are awesome! So many nice walking paths along the bay.

We met and had lunch with friends staying here. The staff was very personable and helpful, especially Katie Blackburn the concierge who was very relaxed and made us feel at home. The food at Covewood restaurant was very tasty and not overpriced.
