The hotel

Get the true Fisherman’s Wharf experience at this fashionable hotel. Hyatt Centric's red-brick design fits in well with its surroundings, and its arched windows frame famous attractions like Pier 39, Ghiradelli Square, and The Embarcadero. Step inside and see its exposed brick and industrial accessories, but with a chic ‘seaside hotel’ twist. For a treat, grab your towel and head to the courtyard pool and whirlpool. And why not end the day with a glass of local wine by the fireplace — and maybe a tasty crab and clam chowder?

Great location. Amazing staff. What I would expect from a Hyatt. Went on a little trip close to home in SF and played tourist in the most touristic part of the city.

The beds are hard, so are the pillows. There’s no refrigerator coffee maker microwave anything like that, and when we were there they had scaffolding And Things covering the windows. I was there on a family vacation and it’s just not worth the money that we spent

Excellent location, close to the main attraction and restaurant. The breakfast was ok, the sea little bit slow. People in the front desk they were not willing to help you. However the room was clean and comfortable.

Looking at the name of the hotel, I was lulled into thinking it would be a great experience. Unfortunately, this property lacks in comparison to the Hyatt name that I am familiar with. It is a great location and the staff are friendly and responsive but it just did not meet our expectation of the Hyatt name.
