Hyatt Centric's red-brick design fits in well with its surroundings, and its arched windows frame famous attractions like Pier 39, Ghiradelli Square, and The Embarcadero. Step inside and see its exposed brick and industrial accessories, but with a chic ‘seaside hotel’ twist. For a treat, grab your towel and head to the courtyard pool and whirlpool. Everyone was helpful and very nice. The property was clean, the hotel was very nice and quiet. We had a city view and it was fabulous - we watched the Supermoon come up right next to Coit Tower from our room! The breakfast was also great - staff was wonderful as was the coffee and the food great!

Decent sized room for 3 of us, loved that there was an king sized bed with full sized bed option. The valet staff was amazing and very friendly! Please tip these guys they deserve it! But while checkout he denied very rudely saying i never cane to him and talked about this. Because of that i ended up paying 600$ extra for 15 days stay. I never expected this from hotels like hyatt. Hope they read the feedback and refund my amount Read less

This hotel is in easy walking distance of Pier 39, great restaurants and ferries. The bar and breakfast are very good and well staffed. The room was clean, well kept and equipped. The view from the room was not very exciting, but that was immaterial. The extra $30 a day charged was excessive and annoying, but everything else was great.
