This is our first trip to San Francisco with my family. At first, our room was smaller than I expected, but Jazmin saved us all. She's so amazing. She gave us a complimentary upgrade to two queen beds! All the staff were great and very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel's great location and friendly staff and I am staying here again.

No One told us about the amenity fees , they are not shown well and are a shadow cost,you ask for the Visa during the check in only for insurance and then hours later the check out send an invoice, during the check out the receptionist said only : it's all ok; It means that i have not to pay anything more

My guy rico is the freaking GOAT fr. Made sure me and my dukes was good and even gave us a complimentary wine!! Rico God bless u brother!! Hotel is clean and spacious, bathroom looks nice… will definitely come back. Precciate you Rico u the man!!!!

The hotel room was clean, nice during my one week stay and spacious. The lobby is also look nice and the bar is available at the lobby side where people can have some drinks while chilling there. The additional thing was the receptionist La Lopez is very friendly 😄
