The hotel

Image of the Tripadvisor rating Front desk-staff unfriendly and rude. Hospitality horrible.

Would never book this hotel again. Overall stay was unpleasant and regret booking this hotel. The front desk staff was rude, unhelpful. Many hotels to choose from online— with much better hospitality.

No room available for me almost 24 hours after my check in time. Never received the room I paid for and reserved 6 months in advance. Staff was rude and helpful. Never did anything to make it right. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Over charge once you arrive.

Once you arrive they charge $100 per night deposit up front. As well there is a mandatory $35 a day “amenities” charge to use the sad excuse for a game room and one scooter if available. In addition parking was $75 a day a vehicle weren't even kept on site. Felt like a money grab from the second I arrived.
