Very clean and chic hotel. We love the Christmas decoration that they have. La Lawrence checked us in and it was a quick process. She is very kind and helpful. They also have bicycles and scooters which is part of the gaf. Overall it was a great lovely stay!

Was in and out for a work event which I also held at the hotel's restaurant. The whole team was kind, friendly and helpful - front office, housekeeping and catering! My event was a total success even with APEC in town. Thank you!

Hotel Zetta is great, and if and when it's a business trip and your company is paying for it even better. But for almost $700/night that I had to pay out of my own pocket for a 24 hour trip to San Francisco (last Saturday night)...I'll be honest, I've definitely seen and experienced better for that amount of $. I used to live in San Francisco for many years, so going back I'm reminded of how eerie downtown is in general. Hotel Zetta is a decent respite from it all, but still interesting vibes. Luxury hotel prices but don't go in with luxury expectations. Given the safety issues of the surrounding area (I'm assuming the reason why,) you have to get buzzed in to even enter the front door, and don't expect a valet or door guy. Check-in was pretty straightforward. I was feeling really ill when I arrived, and the front desk attendant (her name was La Lawrence) was kind enough to work in early check-in...at the cost of $65. Ouch. Also ouch- all the additional fees/charges at check-out (see photo). No fault of Zetta specifically as this is a SF thing apparently, but man it's starting to feel like Vegas... My room was clean, comfortable. They do offer room service from the adjacent Cavalier restaurant. Also a long list of basic items should you need...you just have to be sure to call what you need in. Overall a comfortable stay but be prepared to lower expectations for the $$$ you'll pay...but such is price you pay for a San Francisco visit these days I suppose. Read less

Nice overnight stay for a concert at Chase Center. Room was spacious and clean. Lobby has an eclectic vibe. Friendly staff. Security guard on site and room key required for elevators. Be aware of $35 guest amenities fee and $55 parking.
