The parking is 75$ a night and there’s tax and obviously you have to tip so it’s like 100$ a day for parking crazy across the way is only 35$ a day

The luxury in this hotel was something i never felt before. The luxury in this hotel was something i never felt before. Since the moment we checked in and they gave us water bottles for free with a 15 dollars gift card and a discount to use in the restaurant that they have next to the lobby. The only bad thing in all the hotel was the elevators, they were so beautiful but absolutely useless. The tapping system with the cards never worked for us, we had to go to the lobby 5 times to ask for new cards since ours were out again, waiting in line every time. Just to bee fair with the hotel we did get a compensation for that at the end of our stay. We found very useful the early check in, they charged us 40 dollars to be able to get in the room at 8 am, that made a big difference in our day because we were traveling all night at this point. Another important thing to say about this Hyatt is how well located it is, is near everything you have to do in town. I would absolutely go back if i have to stay somewhere fancy again Read less

I am 19 and travel for work, each time I travel I double check to make sure that the hotel I am staying at has an 18+ check in policy. I checked for this hotel ahead of time through the third party I book with as well as by calling. After traveling all day and I get to the hotel, the front desk staff informed me of the 21+ check in policy, and denied my two nights stay because I "didn't have an adult with me". After being treated like a child I request for a manager and yet again I receive the same attitude and disrespect. The manager claimed the information I saw was wrong and held no accountability, which they then turned me away and said I should stay at a "youth hostel nearby". Being alone in San Francisco is intimidating enough, but imagine being pushed away from a hotel you booked and checked ahead of time with and you are treated as the one at fault? Will never come back here nor will I ever recommend it, rude and disrespectful staff. Read less
