I traveled to SF for a business trip and stayed at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. My hotel room provided wonderful views of downtown SF. I was very sad to leave. I hope that I can visit again soon. If I do, I plan to stay here.

Pros: Clean rooms Comfortable beds Refreshed, modern interior Room service Walkable and easy to catch public transportation Cons: Expensive breakfast option, which was good but not amazing.

Grand Hyatt Union Square was overall amazing. Steve at check in was wonderful and set the tone for my entire stay. They truly value their World of Hyatt members and I would absolutely stay there again.

Breakfast advertised as if it was free with no pricing anywhere then you get a bill for $35 PP won’t go back.
