One for shopaholics and sightseers alike, Parc 55 San Francisco is easy shopping-bag-hauling distance from Union Square — the only question is, do you hit the big-name brands of the nine-storey Westfield mall or the one-of-a-kind boutiques around the square? Its address also puts you a quick hop from Powell Street’s cable car turnaround, Yerba Buena Gardens, and Chinatown. Once you’ve filled your suitcase and your camera’s memory, you can enjoy the locally inspired dishes of Cable 55 (with its equally local microbrews), and Thai treats of Kin Khao.

When we arrived we got told because there is a city tax of $36 dollars you would get a credit that could be used in the restaurant. Great we thought at least we get to make use of this. What they don’t tell you it’s $36 for one person to have a breakfast. So we actually ended spending $76 dollars on breakfast which in my opinion is a lot of money for average breakfast.
Sorry but would not stay here again.
One good comment I can make those is the gym was very well equipment and the treadmill was awesome.

Fab hotel. Very centre and close to the local transport although was a little noisy. The room had 2 large beds, a fridge and coffee making facilities. Staff was polite, helpful and friendly. No issues or complaints. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back.
Great stay, quiet and modern.

I had a great 3 night stay at the Parc 55 and would definitely come back. Location is perfect minute from Union Square and the best shopping in the city.
Yes there are homeless and the lot but this is pretty much everywhere in the city.

I had a great room on the 22nd floor with amazing views of the city. It was very clean, spacious, bed was very comfortable and had great soundproofing which to me is priceless. I heard very little noise from outside and zero noise from neighboring rooms.
Breakfast is served in a very bright space with views over the city.
I also loved the fact that the reception area was never too busy and staff was easily accessible.
Special thanks to Anna and Mavis for their kindness.

We didnt recieve water like other guest upon arrival & had to ask for it even though we are Hilton members. They also stated only certain rooms recieve water at all or refills. The hotel itself is outdated, no modern charge ports for phones/tablets etc. The maid service sucked! Instead of replacing our dirty towels and bed sheets which were on the floor for a reason, they folded everything up like new & placed them back for use. I knew this because my make up stains were on the towel i used. Not many bathroom amenities. The a/c made us sick & we endured breathing problems the entire time. We had the maintenance guy come change the filter which was OVERWHELMINGLY DIRTY. Im disappointed in this hilton location.

The staff were amazing. And the manager Milly was better than amazing! Any issue we had she was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to make my stay there a great over all experience. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about traveling to SF to stay at the Parc 55 hotel
