I stay here for work. The hotel is conveniently close to my job, and the restaurant has really good food. The rooms have been remodeled and are very nice. Hopefully they upgrade their heating and air conditioning units as they are outdated.

Pros: the neighborhood is quiet. Room quiet; even when the young ladies were chatting it up in a room near us we couldn't hear every detail (thankfully). Ceiling fan. Lovely landscaping! So many pretty flowers. Cons: The pillows were not great. If/when I stay here again, I want to bring my own pillow. Lumpy, too big. The bed was a bit soft for me… Read more

This hotel is a great place to stay. It had shuttle pick up at the airport, depending on hours. We were there for the film festival. The downtown area has many eating places and shopping, everyone was very friendly. It is super clean with a great restaurant and apiary and pool. I would stay there again.

The purpose of my trip was to visit a family member at a nursing home in the area. The Best Western was conveniently located within walking distance. Food and service at the Live Oak restaurant was great. Enjoyed the whirlpool and aviary.

We've had nice rooms at this Best Western in the past but the building next to De La Vina has a horrible underground parking situation, almost no internet and the bathroom is ice cold. Management had no interest in my description of the problems.
