We were given a map of the area along with details of all the things to do nearby. We were fortunate to get refurbished rooms, which were beautiful and clean. The rooms were a good size, with a comfortable bedroom and bathroom, and even a small balcony. They were equipped with a microwave, which was a nice touch. Rooms are cleaned upon request. The pool was a decent size and pleasantly warm. The hotel's restaurant offered a good variety of vegetarian food at a reasonable price. Overall, our stay was fantastic. A nice find. Location is a little way out of town, but very accessible by public transport. If you are using public transport, ,there are multiple options so do your research. Staff friendly. Breakfast room is still not open Would not hesitate to stay again

This is an old property. It creaks, smells funky, but has some character. There is no free breakfast, and the office is not open 24 hours as advertised. We come every summer for 3 nights and love this property. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Shout out to Michelle and Jesus for having caring spirit for their guests. (Lemon Zest with pistachio & cardamom french toast is bomb!) Great affordable family vacation hotel. I realized an hour after checkout while on way home I had left my airpods behind in the hotel room and called the hotel. Jesus at front desk went over to the room and personally found them and had the BW send them to me. I received them two days later. THANK YOU JESUS!! We will be back next year - already booked! I stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Santa Barbara. The amenities were perfect. They have a bird sanctuary there, a beautiful pool, lush surroundings, kind employees, and a comfortable room to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again.
