Hotel is in a prime location and has a beautiful pool and gardens. Room was nice but in a separate building. We arrived around 2pm and were not able to check into our room until 4pm. All rooms are not being cleaned at the same time.Most of the rooms were ready for the weary travelers spending over $450 a night. You must provide better service to your guests. If a room is ready, let people check in and get settled.

Visited Santa Barbara with my Mom for her birthday and stayed here at the Harbor view inn. This hotel is the perfect location, we had an ocean view and it is next to everything (beach, pier, restaurants). The staff was so friendly and welcoming from start to finish, I loved our stay and would definitely come back to the harbor view inn!
