Located just across from East Beach, on 24-acres in Santa Barbara, one mile from the Funk Zone District. Within a 10 minute walk of the pier and a 15-minute walk of downtown Santa Barbara.

Hotel information

360 rooms and suites, with a light and airy beachfront-style theme. All have either a balcony or patio, air-conditioning, WiFi access, HDTV, mini-fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and safe. 

Standard Rooms have either 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Resort View rooms offer pool or garden views, with either 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Partial Ocean View rooms with either 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Ocean View rooms with either 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Junior Suites feature a spacious living area with sofa bed, larger bathroom with dual rain shower heads, bathrobes and upraded amenities, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

One Bedroom Resort View Suites feature a separate living room with sofa bed, larger bathroom with dual rain shower heads, bathrobes and upraded amenities, and master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Ocean View One Bedroom Suites are the same as above, but with sea views from the balcony.

Complimentary shuttle service to Santa Barbara regional airport, and to the downtown Santa Barbara AMTRAK station (reservations require 24 hours in advance). Self-parking $40 plus tax per night, and Valet parking $50 plus tax per night (payable locally, fee subject to change).

This was a nightmare experience: from the rude staff to a noisy room (it sounded like a train was driving right through it!!!), to only cold water in the shower, to the TV turning itself on at 5:30am - and top it off with a 30-min wait for a buffet (!!!) breakfast that was really bad quality and poor choice. As for the value, this hotel costs… Read more

I never expected that I will have such a terrible experience at a AAA 4 diamond resort, a premium hilton property where I paid an exorbitant amount of money to stay with my family of 4, including a 1 year old baby. It was an extremely terrible experience. No air conditioning for 2 nights, then it was a struggle to get room changed. The front desk person told us flatly that we will have to be without a room for 4 hours as we needed to vacate the room at noon and get the new one at 4. They were apparently completely ok giving the non AC room to someone else instead of taking that room of our reservation pool. New room also had air conditioning problems which needed to be resolved. Both rooms had ants, and new room had a constantly leaky faucet in the tub. Old room had broken outer grill door. The swimming pool wasn’t heated so kids were swimming in extremely cold water with 60 degrees outside. The hot tub wasn’t working but at least the water was lukewarm. Front desk employees were rude, especially David (long blond hair) who was down right disrespectful and racist. He made us feel very unwelcome by pretending to not understand us, asking us to vacate our room at noon that we were forced to change due to no ac. He didn’t understand that with a 1 year old, we can’t just hang out somewhere without a bed. Once I asked him to get the valet to bring my car around, and he asked me “did you valet your car?” I mean why the heck would I ask for valet if I hadn’t used it in the first place. So bizarre. They charged us $20 per night for microwave which we were never provided. I had to go manually get it corrected but still watching my credit card statement to ensure it goes away. the way we were treated, we are never going to go back to this property. Very disappointed in Hilton. Read less

Worst experience ever. Rather stay at a 2.5 resort than this. They never replenished coffee station even after asking twice. Gave 4 towels in total. Asked for more they never sent any. Lines for breakfast take hours even though they have plenty of space available. The room was ocean front but terrible from the inside. As mentioned ac never worked. The balcony grill was broken so we couldn’t even open the door properly. Please choose some place else. Read less

Had ants crawling over me all night long as I lay in bed trying to get some sleep. Complained to management in the morning about this, and they didn't seem to be too bothered, and never came to the room to inspect. They did offer to refund a meal that was had the night before, but that's all.
