From valet, to the bellhop, to the front desk staff, to the housekeepers, to the breakfast staff, we can't say enough. We are gold members and we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The bed was so comfortable and the room was so clean. We highly recommend this hotel for people who want to enjoy Santa Monica. Read less

It is rare these days to find a hotel that is immaculate as this one. Room are sparkling clean (unlike many other hotels). Service was good. It is true you will have to probably part from >300$ per night but this is a costly area where prices readily top 400 a night or more. Two thongs that could be improved are the 4 pm check in and not heaving… Read more

On our trip between Europe and French Polynesia, we stopped for 3 nights at this Hilton Hotel, which is very well located in a very quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and the Santa Monica Pier. The hotel is very spacious and luxuriously appointed, the rooms are very comfortable and the one we stayed in had a lounge area with fridge and large TV completely separate from the room. We appreciated the possibility of having breakfast either at the well-stocked buffet or at the Starbucks corner bar inside the hotel lobby. We had dinner only once at the hotel's restaurant, which is well appointed and quiet but which, in our opinion, would benefit from a wider choice of dishes and better quality in terms of food. All in all, an excellent hotel to spend a few relaxing days in Santa Monica. A big thank you also to David at the front desk who kindly allowed us to stay a little longer in the room before leaving for the airport for our flight, which was scheduled for very late in the evening. Hotel itself is really nice and in perfect location for both the beach and downtown santa monica. However, the food prices at the restaurant are ridiculously expensive. One portion of very ordinary fries were $16. You could go down the road to a luxury restaurant and pay the same price for much better food and surroundings. The buffet breakfast is… Read more

One portion of very ordinary fries were $16. You could go down the road to a luxury restaurant and pay the same price for much better food and surroundings. The buffet breakfast is also way too expensive for the amount of choice you have to pick from. They’d get way more food customers if they put their prices down. Apart from the food prices, would deffo stay again. Great cleaners, really nice staff and comfy bed. Read less

Word of advice however, park across the street at the parking structure and save a few dollars, valet is expensive and lm not into paying for it. Enjoy Read less
