I’ve stayed at the Hilton SM many times for business. It’s a very solid, clean hotel with a friendly staff. On this recent trip, I had some travel issues due to the global outage. Ajay, the front desk manager, was so helpful and kind. He made a very stressful situation more manageable. I’m very appreciative and will continue to stay at this hotel… Read more

Beautiful and clean hotel. Although it was a short stay, we enjoyed it. Ajay was very helpful and answered all our questions. Recommend staying at this hotel as the location is extremely convenient for Santa Monica. Walking distance to many attractions in the area.

I stayed in this hotel about a month ago for my husband’s birthday/Father’s Day. It was supposed to be a fun sexy time away from everyone and so we were kind of just in our room intimately when the door popped open. My husband had to chase out a strange man!! Where as we were worried it was some sort of sketchy things going on it actually turned out to be a technical fluke in their system because I checked in online. However, because of the inconvenience and uncomfortableness I felt after someone entered my room the manager Ajay did everything in his ability to provide additional accommodations and support. I do appreciate how the situation was handled although still very embarrassed. Despite that the room was quaint and the service outside of that was amazing. Great spot with plenty places to walk to so close by. Read less

I stayed at this Hilton over 15 times in a 2 year period and every time was a great experience. The front desk always welcomed me back and knew me by name. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. They were always professional, warm and welcoming.

Hotel was decent, beds were comfy. Easy check-in, complimentary water was nice! except for when we asked for complimentary water and the receptionist snapped at us saying water is ONLY for check-in guests (guess it wasn't complimentary after all!) Aside from the receptionist making us uncomfortable.. it was a nice stay! Thank you Hilton
