During our stay at the hotel, we had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Ajay Jadhav, the Assistant Front Office Manager. Our room was quite noisy at night, which disrupted our rest. Even at a late hour, Ajay went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Despite the hotel being at full capacity, he managed to secure us a new room after making several phone calls and coordinating with various hotel staff. His dedication and determination truly made our stay much more comfortable. Booked a room with guaranteed late check in and was told they sold my room and had to go to another hotel which was of substantially lower quality. Horrible treatment by the front desk, I had to negotiate for them to pay for my transportation to the other hotel. Absolutely do not stay here.

Reasonably priced car park across the road if you do not wish to do valet parking. Easy access to the freeway for theme parks. Food from the restaurant was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.
