We LOVE this hotel!!! Great location and views. Can walk almost anywhere you’d want to go… very convenient. Awesome jacuzzi rooms. Only place we stay when visiting Chicago!!! Staff is always so friendly and helpful too, especially Sprio!
Hotel was nice and service was EXCEPTIONAL!! Shaunda offered to help before I had a chance to ask her, delivered an item I forgot to my room within minutes and couldn’t have been more joyful doing her job!! The hotel is conveniently located and we will stay there on future trips to Chicago.

Spiro made our trip special. He was always there when we need him from the time we arrived at the hotel to when we had to leave. We were having trouble moving around all our bags; and he got them to the room. The key didn't work, and he got us new ones. He is special.
