Had a great stay. Beds super comfortable. Had breakfast and it was worth it. Great service but honestly, our favorite was Antwonne. He was the best! I think I would come just to hang with him! He deserves a raise. Appreciate your good people. The whole staff was wonderful!

A big shout out to Spiro, the bellman at the Royal Sonesta North. Spiro greeted us with a huge smile in the morning and always made us feel welcome upon returning to the hotel after a day exploring downtown Chicago. The hotel is conveniently situated near restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and public transportation North of the River.

And Shaunda was amazing asking us how our stay was going and if we needed anything in our room every time we saw her - she even told us about a great photo opportunity on the 17th floor and when we were up there volunteered to take our pics so we have a great memory from our visit!
