He truly went above and beyond to cater to our every need, even whim! We had a lot going on that couple of nights we stayed. And he made sure with our many demands, that he would take care of each detail, as he did! Because of people like Bartek, our company wants to return time and time again to your establishment. Please let him know of our gratitude for his outstanding customer service! Warmest Regards, Rebecca Nied Read less

I find the Sheraton brand to be hit-or-miss: they can be great or just so-so. But this hotel was very nice in all ways. The staff was friendly and always helpful, the location is right downtown and near many things to do, and the views of Lake Michigan are very stunning. I found food in the concierge lounge to be very tasty. I'd recommend… Read more

We enjoyed one of the finest views we've ever had from a high rise hotel - both the river, many high rises, and the river/lake could be seen from our windows. Great customer service from staff. We were sad there was no hotel hot tub, only a small pool. With the very cold weather we experienced we would have loved to enjoy a hotel hot tub/jacuzzi, but alas, there wasn't one. Great meeting spaces and the hotel provided excellent food and great food servers for our conference gatherings. Great location in the city. Will stay here again. Read less

We stayed 4 nights at the Sheraton Grand for a business conference at Navy Pier. The location is great. We never Lyft-ed more than a mile to anything we wanted to do. Staff was very helpful on check-in and -out. The room was spotless. We were on the 14th floor with a view over a canal. Comfortable bed with nice linens. Good TV, small desk, and one small armchair. A small room, but all we needed. The only issue was the bathroom. Again, spotlessly clean, but it's an older hotel so there was just a small pedestal sink. On each side of it was a tiny, maybe 10-inch by 5-inch shelf just in front of the mirror which held the soap and water glasses and such. Even once we moved all that, there was barely any room for toiletries. Even if I'd been staying alone, it would not have been sufficient room for just bathroom stuff like toothbrush and deodorant, let alone makeup or jewelry. No other shelves anywhere, so they just pile the folded bathtowels and washcloths on the back of the toilet tank. We made due for a conference, but if I were in town for an event where I cared how I looked, I'd have been very unhappy. As it was, it was simply inconvenient. Until the bathrooms are remodeled, I would consider a different hotel, which is a shame because everything else was great. Read less

Got a room upgrade on the 29th floor with a river view. Can't stop looking at my window with the Chicago river. Sunrise at 5am was picture perfect. Room was spacious and hotel has a direct access to the river walk.
